My wife is Thai ,she lived in the UK for 7 years ,she is a great cook ,i love her Thai food and her Baked Potatoes are to die for , my most favourite food is Italian .

This is the last place i would tell anyone anything ,anyway i worked with some people years ago ,that believe me you would not want to cross, although i was not one of the "hard men" i saw some things that you do not forget .

Anyway back to new series ,just started watching a new one from netflix ,its called Midnight Mass set on an island of only 186 people ,its starting to look spooky ,enjoying it so far , mind you ,only 186 on the island but the Sherriff is a Muslim ,it has a white guy married to a black woman and their daughter is in a wheelchair so boxes ticked nobody is gay yet. sorry i just couldnt resist????

The wife is supposed to be having a moderna jab this week ,i keep telling her no chance ,but her friend who owns a law firm has paid for them and she reckons that they will be there so the wife will give it till next week ..

I agree ,if there was a series with a mixed race couple ,no problem ,but just check out the new series being shown , and from what i am told the adverts in the UK , there is nearly always a black and white couple ,so often a gay couple ,and i am sorry if this offends gay people but i hate seeing two guys kissing ,why put it in? and the changing of history ,what would be the outcry if they had white actors taking black parts(i know it used to happen ,but that was only years ago there were no actors of colour to take the parts) its like having dr who as a woman ,lowest viewing figures ever ,now they talk of having James Bond being female ,or maybe a man with a cervix? sorry ime going on ,i shall stop here.

The only farang that i dont know who has spoken to me recently ,saw me buying some butter in tesco ,and he asked if it was nice i replied yes ,he said thanks and picked one up,didnt try to borrow money or sell me anything.

I met my Thai wife 25 yrs ago ,her family are not poor and have never asked for anything ,we met when i had a business in BKK ,we have lived in the uk and now here for about 15 yrs ,i would not change a minute of it. before that i had a Thai girlfriend ,she came from a poorer family ,she also was lovely ,but it was never going to end in Marriage.

Sorry Jing but i dont trawl the internet to find out that in Uganda they had a straight pride march to kill gays ,i was talking about us in the west,and as to progs being "woke" you just have to see the number of people who now do not bother to watch these shows any longer ,i dont wish to argue with you as i guess your not a bad guy ,but it is getting silly where every series now has to have a black man married or dating a white woman ,or like in Vigil where the female detective has a daughter but is now a lesbian . its just put in to be "modern" anyway lets just beg to differ.

I think your wrong there Jing ,one of my favourite shows is Luther ,and he is black ,but what i dont like and i think most are like me is where people of a difference are shoehorned into shows just to be Pc , i have not seen one series lately where a black guy isnt married to a white girl ,or gay people are in it just for no reason other than its "the new normal" and believe me i could not care less if someone is gay ,its their life up to them ,but why rainbow police cars and gay pride marches ,why not straight pride marches as well? ????

Ive had two az jabs there , great service ,it was through mor prom ,just waiting to see about a phizer jab around christmas time as a booster, they gave me a "passport" saying i had two doses ,also one from mor prom.

To be blunt i have virtually given up on new series ,and gone back to the old ,its not that i care if a prog has someone "different" in it its just now they seem to cram in anyone who is not ordinary just for effect and it shows. i cant understand why they do it ,except to try and convince the next generation of viewers that its the new normal.

When i saw Asimov i was about to download it ,but checked on imdb ,dont think i have ever read so many bad reviews in my life ,about both the story and the actors.

So Thailand will become rich again with the Indian tourists as they sit outside 7/11 sharing a beer between 3 of them , i will never forget about 26 years ago in my room in BKK ,hearing a banging on my door and on opening it a young woman begging to be let in ,it seems an Indian guy had paid the bar fine ,but on getting back to his room she found two more just waiting for their share ,she ran.

Yes he is right i am under Chonburi heart hospital ,my meds are so very cheap there ,even by Farcino standards ,its a very good govt hospital .
