Pattaya Townhouse for sale

It looks like a prison. The mentality of this building is all about the occupants being under seige. How much do you want for it? -

Industry Ministry seeks help to curb illegal sugarcane burning
redsongthaew replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Very heavily fine any sugarcane mill that purchased any burnt sugarcane. Without buyers the farmers would not burn their crops. Then actually enforce the law. -
As a business person, how much would you pay per year to use this website advert free?

I never understand the pricing of rice paddy. Why pay 5 million baht per rai to buy when you can rent for about 1,000 baht per rai per year? Perhaps a more knowledgeable member could tell us how many years it would take to earn 5 million baht from farming rice on 1 rai. I suspect it will be a very long time.

CNN Reporters get visa revoked, face possible prosecution
redsongthaew replied to KhunBENQ's topic in General Topics
If their visas are revoked they will be dealing with the repercussions for a long time. When applying for visas for many countries you are asked if you have ever violated the immigration rules of any country. The UK, for example, specifically asks if you have ever been deported, removed, required to leave or excluded from any country ever. Their fault though, so deal with it. -

Do you ever think about the family that left you behind
redsongthaew replied to steven100's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
It's never too late to start your own family. When you have a baby screaming at you then you won't have time to think of the past. -
"The government has not come up with any assistance for the power tariff that rose from 4.00 to 4.72 baht per unit." That's an 18 per cent rise. When that rise is added to goods produced by factories, etc, then the cost of living faced by ordinary people is going to rise substantially. At the minute I don't see wages keeping pace.

We have a building with a 200 amp 3 phase supply. We have a 20 foot shipping container approximately 40 meters away from the main fuse board. We would like to run a dedicated cable from the fuse board to the shipping container. The cable will have to be buried under a gravel car park for approximately 20 meters. Maximum load would be an 18,000 BTU aircon, a few LED lights, and some other small electric appliances. The aircon will be used a lot as the container is in the sun. 1. What type and size of cable would you recommend please? Can it be purchased in 50 meter lengths? 2. There would be minimal chance of anyone ever digging a hole anywhere along the route, so does this type of buried cable need to be in a protective pipe for the distance it runs under the car park? 3. At the container end, would you suggest wiring the incoming cable directly to the new sub fuse board inside the container? Or would it be better to wire the incoming cable directly into a commando type socket, and then run a commando lead from the socket to the incoming supply of the sub fuse board in the container? A consideration is that the container may be shipped off-site at some point in the future, so "unplugging" it would be beneficial at that point. 4. What is the best way to earth the container? a. Use the earth from the main fuse board; b. do not use the earth from the main fuse board and instead use an earth rod buried next to the container; c. Use the earth from the main fuse board and use an earth rod buried next to the container? Thank you for all your help. I want to get some input before I talk to the local electrician who will suggest his own way of doing it if I don't have any better ideas.

What I found interesting is that if my son was playing and I was watching him he would talk to his toys in English. If his mum was watching him he would talk to his toys in Thai. Just our presence in the room changed how his mind worked.

The problem is on-rampong the money, or in other words getting paid by the average Thai person spending 500 baht. How is that average Thai person going to transfer Thai baht abroad, or indeed any currency? Transfers take time, and gamblers want to play now. This is why websites pay ordinary people to open a bank account for them and give them online access.
