2 Chinese fisherman drown after being pursued by Taiwanese Coast Guard on February 14th after being chased for illegally fishing in Taiwanese waters. The Chinese fishing boat carrying 4 fisherman capsized while attempting to flee, causing 2 fisherman to drown.
