been using it for the past 8 years, easy simple efficient... u have to visit a branch to activate internet/mobile banking, after that you can make any changes to your internet/mobile banking over the ATM machine, if no changes are required just logon on your phone and/or whatever device and carry on, if your transfer setting are limited to a certain minimum amount you can change that with the app... again very easy to work around and I am not a wizard when it comes to mobile/internet stuff
