I am only guessing but for Thailand to open up, do not really need 70% of the population, need 70% of the tourist visited locations. For example Surin does not really need to be 70% vaccinated, hardly any tourists go there, where as Bangkok or Pattaya or Phuket need to be 70% at the very least to be on the safe side. Oz is saying 80% before opening up, but now piloting new quarantine, which is 7 days for fully vaxxed at home, not at the quarantine hotel. Even if Thailand did that, it would work in my opinion. 7 days in hotel or apartment of your choice.

I tried all browsers, none worked said to contact immigration office. App does not even load, can not log in. You sure it got saved and approved? check the status, to be on the safe side. TM 30 online, PIBICS system appears to work fine, only does not save anything. So one thinks all done, only to find out later, it was never saved

I think this app has higher chance of being fixed, being used mainly by Thai and if required by law, they might actually update and fix it, where as immigration apps, they know it does not work and yet do nothing about it as if its totally normal. The other day, was told by immigration to use an app for TM30 because website does not work, so downloaded app and its does not even load. Can you get any more pathetic? They moan about distancing and staying home and yet can not fix a simple app for years already

In theory, if pass is required, one would open the app and click on pass tab, which confirms vaccinated. Do not think they ever thought app might crash and people will be showing screenshots. This is why i screen shot both the vaccine pass and the full detail one, in case this issue arises at some point in time

Impossible to tell. I went yesterday around 11:30, line was big but moved pretty fast. at midday line was even bigger. But its super well organised and line moves very fast. In all seriousness, both jabs, hospital staff, nurses, volunteers did an amazing job at keeping lines moving and making the whole process as smooth as possible. Can not think of anything that could be done better or faster. Also amazingly, with so many people, all the staff remain friendly and smiley even when dealing with some super thick foreigners. EDIT: Sorry not yesterday, but 2 days ago, was out by 12:52, so an hour an a bit

Also note there are 2 tabs in there. One is like a green pass which says vaccinated and another tab shows full info, full name, id number, passport number and date of vaccinations, even lot numbers. Screenshot that as well, just in case someone somewhere decides that just a green pass not enough. Second tab has all the info, including location of vaccinations Thinking again and looking at it again, i think its a scanned copy of your paper certificate.

Now when you meet up with friends, instead of showing pics of dogs or kids or ladies, we can show pics of digital vaccination certificate????

You have forgotten one very important piece of information. Screenshot that pass, because app crashes on daily basis and when you want to view the pass, app crashes again I can only presume due to number of users and it will be fixed eventually, but then immigrations apps all crashed and never been fixed for over a year already. So best to screenshot it when you lucky enough and app does not crash

Was very proud of myself, once i registered mor prom and saw the green pass. Then 1 hour later, mor prom crashed and not showing it anymore. my happiness was shattered ???? On a more serious note, its a relief, not because of covid protection, but because at least now i can fly, travel and possibly be allowed to do more next month. I was not particularly pro vaccine, but seeing how the world is changing and if not vaxxed many doors get closed in your face. So feeling excited at the possibility now that i am fully vaxxed and vaxxed with internationally recognised and accepted vaccine. PS. Good idea to spend the night, because you really do not know how it will affect you and last thing you want is be dizzy or spaced out while driving on a highway for 5 hours ????

First no pain, but felt like a space cadet all day. Night time whole body hurt, especially the joints, but all was gone by the morning. Second shot, initially was ok, but about 1 hour later is when i started to struggle with balance and concentrating. By evening is when i almost turned into a mutant with eyeballs hurting, night was some pain , but once again, by the morning all back to normal Oh, First shot, arm did not hurt at all, Second shot, arm feeling some pain, but overall as i mentioned, its not terrible or bad pain needing pain killers, but more of a discomfort annoying mild pain

Do not think they have access to immigration records. Perhaps the reason why when you register they have a small disclaimer saying please be truthful. Also depends where you register , some sites people reporting they get turned down because they did not could not attach visa page. I registered with Bangkok Hospital and only had a dropdown menu, did not have to provide any pics of the visa page

thats the problem these days, every idiot has access to internet and every idiot thinks he is the center of universe. Logic would suggest if business provided 2 vouchers, that means its inviting 2 people, What if he showed up with 10? should they also all eat and drink for free? why stop at 10, would his idiotic logic apply to 20? All businesses i know that have bowed down to this idiots who leave a bad review, all gone out of business. There is only so much you can do to please the idiots and even then it would not be enough. Especially when it comes to food. Every idiot thinks he is a food critique, if something is not cooked how he normally eats it instantly becomes bad meal. If something is not to his/her taste buds, all over sudden its a bad restaurant. Like idiots who are vegetarians but go eat at a steak hose and then bitch about restaurant having a bad menu. One of my favs of all time, was reading a review by Alibaba, who was not happy a 50 baht hole in the wall restaurant did not serve halal meals, so therefore it was a bad and overpriced eatery.

Do not think tourist visa will get him a shot. Saying that , no one actually checks visa page only ask when you register.
