No other company covers pre existing conditions, and if by some miracle they might , they will do a loading of at least 25%. not only that, but most reputable companies will add a loading and not cover pre existing conditions saying all of the above , I have zero interest explaining it to you, as clearly you are incapable of reading provided info and set on having a policy just because it’s cheap 😂, even overlooking the fact that registered capital is laughable to say the least.

A never ending debate.so here is a few points I found - regulated by Nevis , registered capital 1 million USD - underwriter Lorentz capital , ie same owner Registered capital 300 000 pounds - not available to Thai people ? Why? I can think of only 1 reason - Unlike any other company covers pre existing conditions , without loading and no price increase if no claims. Makes you wonder how exactly they make money - most google reviews are negative - all replies to google reviews claim it’s a fake written by another insurance company 😂 - trust pilot reviews , mostly positive , all paid reviews , ie WR paid for this reviews , including a review by the owner himself praising how good the company is -unlike any other company, main target market are old people on a tight budget, ask your self why? - their official advice is if you sick you must chose WR Life but if you healthy best to pick another company ( yes, really and I kept the chat) - have read but can not personally confirm but there are claims it is not a registered insurance company or a broker in Thailand, which explains why Thai are not accepted and why policies are sold through other brokers - same as above , some have stated, WR pays from premiums received, ie if the piggy bank is empty you get either ignored or denied.

Agree, lab would do less damage , however it does not mean labs or other breeds do not attack. Do some googling and you wll find in some years golden were at the top of attacks and you have pretty much confirmed what I said , it is not the dog but irresponsible owner

As I said before , problem with pitbul is that it is a very powerful dog so a pitbul attack almost always turns nasty , it is not because some aggression or myth of jaw locking but simply because it’s a powerful dog

Without a fail any news and a chorus of idiots out blaming the dogs. They are dogs, strong and powerful dogs who were raised by a human. only one to blame is the owner. i have 2 pitbulls, big loving teddy bears but they hate badly dressed men, rubbish collectors and anyone else who looks “dirty” As such I always make sure they can not get to any people, over 10 years and not once they got out it is extremely tragic and horrendous to have seen the attack because their power is insane but again, dogs were raised by a human who failed to provide safety for others and have no control over dogs. where I live, all neighbors are scared of my dogs but at the same time love them because once I moved in all theft and robberies have stopped. dogs know all the neighbors but make noise when a stranger comes around. Theft and break ins are 0 for years

What exactly do you require as an example ? once he is taken to court, immigration is automatically notified same day. Notice to immigration goes on their system. if one goes to do extension their profile has an alert of being charged. immigration then will require a letter from the court confirming court does not object to visa being extended. if one manages to get the letter , record remains on the system and local immigration reluctant to do 1 year extension due to a charge and either donation needs to be made or get a new visa

He will not get jailed . He will be fined about 8000 baht , but if he is on visa extension , he willl not be able to extend again. He will have to fly out to get a new visa

May be only to me , but this high season does not look very high, hotels still have plenty of rooms and streets are not full of people. so to me looks like numbers are down from last year but the big heads seem to think numbers are growing
