Have done my Reports always online and never faced a problem, always approved. Don't expect that this will change with the new System.

Have done my 90 Days Report this morning, against the old System Chon Buri Immigration has no auto approval anymore. It just get the Status pending, lets see how long it will take to get it approved. What I have noticed is, that the created TM47 by Immigration does not include all details of my Address, even if I have entered them into the mandatory fields of the Online System.

Thanks for help, to pay at least 220K THB for such a Transfer will cross out this option.

The Land Office appraised Value is 2.500.000 THB

Does somebody know how much it will cost to transfer a Company owned House into a Thai Ownership and closing down the Company? I get so many different answers from Wife, Real Estate Agent and Tax Agency in a range from 30.000 THB to 600.000 THB, so I'm absolute confused what I have to pay finally for such a change.

Terrace Area should be 50% of the price per sqm
