  5. Just moved to Hua Hin Area as well and have done my TM30 yesterday. Have asked for myself for List of Requirements of Extension of Stay Thai Wife, see attached.   6. My Report was approved today, so basically 1.5 working days waiting. Hope Jomtien will have autoapproval again in near future.
  7. Have done my Reports always online and never faced a problem, always approved. Don't expect that this will change with the new System.
  8. Have done my 90 Days Report this morning, against the old System Chon Buri Immigration has no auto approval anymore. It just get the Status pending, lets see how long it will take to get it approved. What I have noticed is, that the created TM47 by Immigration does not include all details of my Address, even if I have entered them into the mandatory fields of the Online System.

  10. Does somebody know how much it will cost to transfer a Company owned House into a Thai Ownership and closing down the Company? I get so many different answers from Wife, Real Estate Agent and Tax Agency in a range from 30.000 THB to 600.000 THB, so I'm absolute confused what I have to pay finally for such a change.
  11. Wife and myself have got our first Moderna Shots last Tuesday at Kasemrad Hospital in Prachin Buri, ordered and paid last May. The whole process was pretty well organized and they went strictly according received payments so we have got finally our que number #84 some weeks before arrival of the Vaccine. From 1st of November onwards you could book an appointment so we went right away on the first day of their vaccination program.
  12. Quite a high price per sqm. Since some weeks in negotiation with Housebuilders in Prachuap and best price is 12K/sqm and includes some extra requirements like double wall, special Roof Tiles, Ceiling Insulation 150 mm etc. Better to get at least 3 quotes from different builders after you have defined your specifications for your new house. Terrace Area should be 50% of the price per sqm
