I was mugged by 2 Thai shopping mall security guards. a few years back ( no i wasn't drunk or causing a problem) They hit me over the head with a wooden staff, stole my wallet and my phone. Police did EVERYTHING they could to find a reason not to investigate, even refusing me hospital treatment until I had signed a statement in Thai. I refused. No phone call, no treatment. Luckily my wife's brother is a police officer. They found out where i was. When they arrived I was still at the desk with the unsigned statement in front of me . My wife read it before the officer could take it away. It was totally false in saying I fell over, drunk and the guards helped me and i had lost my wallet and phone when I fell. Thai police are no saints!

If he game on a Non B he could have easily got a job in a Language school or even a Thai School. He's young enough. They take anyone under 40 weather they can teach or not.

Thais have no idea of caring for animals. I should imagine that fights between the brother and sister were a daily occurrence. Watch Thai kids playing with dogs, cats they treat them like toys, pick up by their legs, head and even ears and throw them down like rag dolls.

Educate the humans first. The dogs ,cats are taken in when puppies/kittens when they are cute. As they get older and bigger, Thais are too lazy and ignorant to take care of them, so abandon them on the streets. My dog has had ALL vaccinations and goes nowhere unless it's with me on a lead, It never goes without food and water. The authorities will not WIPEOUT any animal. because Buddhist believe " every living thing as a right to life". Plus they know it's the people at fault not the animals.

Or an insurance scam. Relatives empty the houses, trash them to make it look good. Insurance pays out wait a few months, Houses repaired and refurnished with original furniture and fittings.

What do you expect when even the Thai Education authorities cant even deliver an English exam paper that hasn't got grammar mistakes on almost every question. Plus English classes are considered PLAY TIME/GAME TIME/ FREE TIME and sleep time. If a foreigner attempts to encourage them to learn, he or she are labeled SERIOUS and BORING and need to be replaced ASAP.

If he is a frequent offender (he has been a nuisance several times before) why has he not been reported before?

In Thailand they gamble on almost anything, so should all things not be televised? In Thailand there are lots of drunks fighting, road accidents due to alcohol, domestic abuse due to alcohol. So should ALL bars be closed and alcohol band. I watch the world cup, but i don't gamble on it. Gambling wouldn't be reduced as they can still get the results on the internet. Please don't tell me Thais can't afford the Internet!

Should imagine if he was working, he would still have enough money to get an extended visa. Tourist or Non B.
