    Again, incredibly illogical.

You are supporting the very method used to force Thanathorn out of politics.

Using the judiciary to eliminate political opponents only perpetuates the nonsense.

    ????

To compare Thanathorn with Thaksin is illogical. (comparing a crook with a good guy like Thanathorn)  Shows that you have no clue you just want to see Thaksin come back even though we known he is a corrupt crook and its been proven. I am ok with him going in jail as i said at least some are punished. I prefer that over none.

Until of course they change the judiciary like you said. But seems you want all the corrupt crooks to go free just so Thaksin can be free.

Now instead of being obstinate, what do you suggest to do in the time that the judiciary gets fixed let them all go free even though they are proven corrupt ?

Tell me your solution as its easy to shoot at other peoples solutions of a difficult topic.

How on earth could you reach such an inane conclusion - it defies logic.

Isn't the alternative to fix the judiciary?

How could sending people from one side of politics either to jail or into exile whilst those on the other side continue to be as corrupt and anti democratic as they please without consequence.

It does not get worse than it is right now.

A Prime Minister was once removed from office for appearing on a cooking show whilst a convicted international drug dealer currently occupies a lead role in the current government.

    Baffling, truly baffling.

Good luck i just work with what I have. Unless you see the fix of the judiciary any time soon. So right now the best is that some of the corrupt crooks get caught. Or do you prefer for them all to be set free so its FAIR.

They committed a crime and got caught so they should be punished not let off because the other side gets let off.

I agree with fixing the judiciary but in the meantime some jailtime for some of the crooks is better then nothing.

Thank you for that suggestion, I only seem to be able find the 7.5" model for sale in Thailand

Oh wait , I found this , but is a bit more than I am willing to part with at this time

The price is a lil bit lower then that but not much, they are indeed expensive. But paperwhite really reads much better then normal tablets.

  4. The guy is as bad as the current MOB. But he is convicted so send to him to jail. Its unfair for normal people that these government crooks escape justice all the time. Now i rather see all the other corrupt government officials in jail too.

But sending him to jail is at least one, if Thailand always excuses corruption then it will never change. So he needs to do his time. Hopefully more will follow. But letting him go would send a wrong signal.

Law enforcement is indeed a joke.  I just went to police station to report my car stolen.  In my name,  purchased before marriage,  but police came to the conclusion that wife sold car and under Thai law I cannot have her arrested.  So I asked if I burn down the house then I cannot be arrested because husband wife right.

Get a lawyer, that might work. Dont expect the poice jump into a marital dispute like that. But even if you get a lawyer it will be hard and costly.

Oki Doki! That´s really nice to hear. However, I could tell you some horrible stories. ????

It´s a lot of bad apples and rotten peaches there as well. That´s like one of the reasons I left my home country. The second is that I just could. ????

And for myself, I am here just for the temples. Just ask my wife.

You got idiots everywhere, leaving your country does not really help as unfortunately idiots travel too. Lot of selfish bad people.

err, in the picture? 8 coppers dragging him out his house by the scruff of the neck not enough for you???

Maybe if he did not resist and do stupid things. I mean the guy deserved what he was getting. If you resist and act like an idiot you will be delt with with more violence then when you behave.

Always be good with police and you wont have problems.

Ban alcohol? Go back to Holland where you can smoke as much as you like and let me enjoy a few glasses of wine at night

Let people who want cannabis also enjoy it its usually those that drink alcohol that want to ban cannabis. So if we look at it scientifically what is the least bad of the two its cannabis. So if something needs to be banned for health reasons alcohol is the way to go.

Of course i rather not ban anything but i get tired of those people who drink alcohol and seem to think canabis is some kind of evil drug.

    Good luck with that too.

If it's not alcohol and not cannabis it'll be something else.

Best solution - ban nothing lol.

Oh, I was just joking but its usually the alcies that want to ban cannabis. Because they think its worse. But science has shown that cannabis is much better. So if someone argues that we should ban it again as it causes trouble. Then it makes more sense to bann alcohol. The more dangerous of the two.

I am of course much more in favor of not banning anything. I am quite happy that i now legally can use it. Far better as before better quality too.

    No need to compare.

Alcohol has its own set of issues, but they are referring to cannabis here.

It seems there are societal problems and abuse of cannabis since it has been sort of legalized.

Time to put the cannabis genie back in its box.

Only put it back if we ban alcohol too. Lets base it on science and the damage the substances do. Worldwide everyone has already shown that cannabis is less damaging then alcohol. So it makes more sense to ban alcohol and let cannabis go on.

  11. Nice all those Thaibashing posts. Has anyone ever thought that the IPTV site / server might be the problem. If they dont have a fast enough server or enough bandwith then this explains why when its a footy match things go slower.

Everyone here automatically assumes that its a Thai ISP problem not even thinking about the other reasons. I operate a webserver and i can tell you different servers perform differently speed wise.

All those conspiracy theories are fine but no proof and all aimed at the internet none of it aimed at the ISP..

As for why Netflix and others still work fast is because they got a better server network. That is why the big companies still are fast. Dropboxy has servers everywhere as Netflix.

Actually the remark from one guy saying that when in the weekend he wanted to watch soccer it got slower points to that. I mean many people logging on a  important event means slower service unless the servers are fast enough.

  12. The guy is a total tool.

I mean its normal that you have to pay fee for documents and the process. The question is about price of the process that is debateable. But does not mean he is property. Also its world wide that you have to have an other nationality. You cant just have no nationality. How do I know that at some point the Dutch government wanted to revoke the nationality of immigrants that only had a Dutch nationality and it was not possible because of international laws. So Its not an US thing its a common sense thing. The guys just and crazy guy interpreting things how he wants to see it.
