  1. Can anybody help me with this in Google Sheets? I used to be able to do it and now I can't remember how. I tried using the standard "if-then" formula but must be doing something wrong. I want a formula that will make cell 13 equal zero, if the sum of cell 14 + 15 is greater than 2,000. Assume the column is "A" for the purpose of giving me the formula. Thanks!
  2. Oh, OK. I've been in places in Thailand where Google maps shows a walking route that turns out to be on a super highway with vehicles flying by you at high speed LOL. Not the most pleasant walk!
  3. Yeah, it all depends on the doctor. I was lucky when I moved to Chiang Mai from the US and the GP I saw there was very knowledgeable on TRT. Conversely, my GP in the States was completely ignorant of and said it was only for bodybuilders LOL! He would not even test my blood! I knew enough just from the internet to know he was full of it, so I changed doctors.
  4. The traffic between Siam and MBK is hazardous to pedestrians?

  6. If the clinic is associated with a hospital, I agree with you, but I'm sure you'll agree there are plenty of less-than-reputable anti-aging clinics in Thailand or anywhere else in the world for that matter. Did you mean your "hematocrit" levels went high on you? Did you end up donating blood to get it back to normal? I had to do that once. That's a perfect reason why regular blood testing is so important when on TRT, and having a MD oversee things is so important. A lot of people are tempted to self-treat without an MD on the reasoning that you don't need a prescription for Test in Thailand, not realizing that complications from TRT can be life-threatening if you don't do it right. I'm sure you know this, and I'm only writing it here for the benefit of others reading this thread contemplating self-treatment without an MD.
  7. Perhaps not necessary but so many times in Thailand even the simplest destination is not so apparent. Google Maps just makes it a lot easier. I am normally old school and did not even use smart phones until they had been around for years, but once hi-tech makes life easier, your just sort of embrace it and wonder how you ever got along without it ????
  8. This is what I came up with...sounds pretty simple to me:
  9. Good points made except IMO just go to hospital for consult with a GP. Many anti-aging clinics are just in the business to sell you services. A GP at any hospital will give you an unbiased opinion based on your blood work at very little cost. Don't expect miracles from TRT. If that is your issue, it takes time for TRT to resolve it. It's not a magic bullet.
  10. I am in Jomtien (Pattay) now so have not purchased in BKK in a while but prior to Covid, there were three pharmacies that were trustworthy IMO and well stocked with big pharma brands of Test-E (RotexMedica and Bayer): South East Pharmacy Chereon pharmacy KS Pharmacy
  11. No need to be snarky ????. I guess you're not familiar with Google Maps Reviews? It's the best way way to quickly find a vender and see unbiased reviews, and also get travel directions downloaded directly to your mobile device (my ipad in this case). That and a quick Grab taxi ride booked through my mobile device is all it took to solve my problem, even on a grid-locked Saturday afternoon.
  12. Totally agree with that! Many people who buy UG brands or even big Pharma brands through the internet (that could easily be counterfeit) do not take into account that only genuine BigPharma brands can afford the tremendous costs of maintaining high standards of quality control in manufacturing them. The cheaper UG and counterfeited products may produce good blood results but who knows what health hazards you may be risking from the lower quality control of those cheaper products? Just something to consider. Sometimes saving a few bahth by going cheap is not wise.
  13. WHen you buy legitimate Big Pharma brands you are getting not just genuine Test E but you are also getting an extremely high standard of quality control that Big Pharma spend millions of dollars to provide. With UG labs and counterfeited products, you are not. You may get good blood results from these, but who knows what quality controls went into producing them? Test-E is heavily scammed in Thailand and elsewhere because, as you said, the raw ingredients are very cheap, and in the case of counterfeiters it's cheap to counterfeit the packaging of name brands. Even some of the UG labs get counterfeited, so you have to be super careful where you source it. IMO, the onyl safe way is to buy from a recognized pharmacy that you can trust.
  14. It was actually with AlphaPharma amps that it happened since Bayer and RetroMedica were all sold out when I ran out. AlphaPharma is one of the few UG labs I trust but apparently they are not as good as Bayer or RetroMedica when it comes to scoring the neck on the side where the blue scoring dot is. That's what I meant previously when I inferred that quality control at underground labs simpy can not compare to the big Pharma companies.
  15. No need to leave the thread in a huff ???? Sorry if you took my reply as being mean-spirited. However, you certainly did insinuate that replacing a battery at a "Non-Apple" shop would result in getting a bad battery, when you said "I had my iPod battery changed (at NOT an official Apple Shop) and it only lasts for approx 3-4 hours on a full charge so NO good." I patiently explained in my reply to you what the shop owner explained to me about battery health percentage vs charge percentage, and that he only uses top quality parts so I think you should have understood that his repair work is to be trusted. I stood at his side at his work bench as he troubleshot my iPhone, and then replaced the battery. It was a real learning experience, and yes, I saw that it was a genuine Apple battery he installed. If a repair shop buys cheap Chinese knockoff batteries instead of genuine Apple batteries like many other repair shops in Thailand do, you would indeed run the risk of not only poor performance but even having the battery catch fire or explode. No repair shop that values customer satisfaction would be foolish enough to do that. Since iOS Restore Pattaya has hundreds of positive reviews on Google Maps with not a single one below 5 stars, that should be all the proof you need that he can be trusted.
  16. LOL, I made the mistake of trying to replace the battery once on my old iPhone5s. Never again! One of the connecting cables would not snap back in place and ended up breaking the plug on the motherboard when I pressed too hard ????
  17. Of course. As I said before, he is a professional and takes customer satisfaction seriously. No cheap knockoff batteries like some shops do. Apple tries to scare people into believing that only Apple authorized repair centers are to be trusted just so they can command ultra-expensive repair prices. For peace of mind, I suppose that's a good policy to follow, but I had a repair done by an "authorized" repair shop once in the States and they did a horrible job and then tried to charge me extra to correct what they had done.
  18. I do it a little differently but essentially the same idea. I wish they would offer bottles of Test with rubber caps like in Western countries instead of those damn glass vials. Have you ever cut your thumb breaking open a vial? That is something that's really uncomfortable since the cut on your thumb takes days to heal since you always use your thumbs for all sorts of things. Now I use the syringe body of a 3ml syringe to hold the neck of the vial since it is the perfect diameter to hold the neck snugly and protect my thumb from it when I go to open them...a little safer ????
  19. As I said, this man is a hard-core professional and seems totally committed to customer satisfaction. With hundreds of of positive reviews on Google Maps, and none of them below 5-stars, a lot of other people seems to feel the same way. I'm confident that he uses only the best parts (no cheap knockoff batteries like some shops do). Just because a shop is "authorized" by Apple doesn't guarantee good service, and just because a shop is not does not mean it is inferior.
  20. I couldn't tell you since I only had the new battery installed an hour ago. A newly installed battery still has be be charged to become fully charged. All I know is that battery health was 78% on the old battery (meaning that only 78% of the capacity was available). That's what happens as a battery ages. Anything below 80% means the processor will not work at peak efficiency, even if the battery charge indicator on the screen says 100%. That seems to be the reason my screen was dimming for no apparent reason; the processor detected compromised battery efficiency and was intermittently dimming the screen to conserve energy. With the new battery installed, the battery health indication is now at 100% and have seen no dimming. Just to be clear "battery health" is not the same measurement as "battery charge".
  21. I just had to write this review since I was so impressed with iOS Restore Pattaya iPhone iPad Repair ร้านซ่อมไอโฟน ไอแพด พัทยา in Pattaya! This repair center is GREAT! My iphone screen was mysteriously dimming for no reason. AppleCare tried to troubleshoot it on the phone for me and ended up saying I probably needed a new screen ???? Within 5 minutes of checking my phone out, the owner of this shop, Mr. Pond, diagnosed that the screen and all hardware was fine. The problem was simply that the battery health was too low, and so replaced it within 15 minutes for me and that solved the problem! He is an incredibly friendly man, very knowledgeable, credentialed in advanced electronics, and an excellent diagnostician! His shop looks like a hi-tech laboratory and some of his gear is so high tech that very few other shops in Thailand even have some of it! His prices are more than reasonable, and turnaround is unbelievably fast. ????. I visited an Apple store in the States a while back for repairs, and honestly they could hold a candle to this shop right here in Pattaya! You should bookmark this for future reference if you own any iOS device! https://g.page/iosrestore?share
  22. Believe me, I checked every troubleshooting step, and even had AppleCare on the phone trying to diagnose the problem. They said I probably would need to replace the screen ???? They were wrong! I took it to a local repair shop here in Pattaya, and the owner (a genius in my book) quickly determined that the screen and all software/hardware was fine. The problem was simply that my battery-health was too low, so he replaced it in less than 15 minutes, and all is good again ???? If anybody else needs any type of iOS device repair this is the man to see! He is incredibly knowledgeable and his shop looks like a high-tech laboratory. He's super friendly and very reasonable as far as prices go. This is his shop, if anyone want to bookmark it for future reference: https://g.page/iosrestore?share
  23. I think that IM vs SubQ is just one of those things that is really a matter of personal preference since there are studies that support both delivery methods. My dosage to maintain a serum level of 800mg/dL is 125mg weekly divided into two injections (so I guess same as yours). The reason I don't like subQ is I was using an insulin syringe which meant I had to draw from the vial with an 18ga needle due to the viscosity and then transfer it the insulin syringe that was a 28ga or 29 ga, and then it took forever to inject, and of course those bumps that would stay hard under the skin for a long time, sometimes with even light bruising. Also, rightly or wrongly, it just seemed that injecting deep into muscle rather than fat was more effective (I know this is easily debatable). Honestly, I really think TRT is overrated. I have been off of it for weeks and really don't notice any difference in how I feel, and surprisingly I had blood panels done last week and Test is still in normal range, yet E2 (estradiol ) has risen which his kind of confusing. What that all means to me is that other factors may be at play for my improved serum Test levels I guess. I think too many men turn to TRT based on all the hype about how much it improves libido, body composition, etc. I never had libido issues, but very slowly over time I did notice positive changes in body composition, but I'm talking about over a year's time, not miraculously "over night" which is what most of the hype tries to make people believe. I really think changes in lifestyle and nutrition play a bigger role in improving serum levels than TRT does, unless you are seriously deficient.
  24. I was going to head in this morning, and then, of all possible things, my iPhone suddenly stopped working! The screen is so dim I can't even see it! &^%$#@. So, today will be devoted to getting it fixed. Never thought of how much we rely on mobile devices. What a pain in the *ss it would be having that happen on a trip ????
