I own properties around the world.  Some were bought near the ocean a long time ago.  To the point: I would not buy property too close to the ocean and I always evaluate the elevation of the land for heavy rain drainage and sea level rise.  I know, many do not.  I don't care what they do, this is what i do - it's my money, my problem so that is what i do. Therefore, 2 things: I want to but will NOT buy anything i cannot walk away from in THailand. Second, be mindful of water damage. 

Chinese eat everything/anything, that's the genesis of this virus.  Lock the place down. We don't need their stuff or issues.  They want to live like that they can...

YeP, just yet another nail in the coffin for Thailand, no longer the ELysium it was.  Those wood stock easy days are gone forever.  I used to go to Surin because of the beauty, now I do not bother because of the same reasons.   There are fewer places in Thailand to go, and even fewer reasons to come in the first place. 

Virus can still remain undetectable by thermal scans, incubation takes time before symptoms present.  Not everyone is the same.  Too many variables.

No.  Why. Because I already have a long time ago. Must adhere to health precautions/prevention.  Must take a "Protective" role in your health if quality of life is important.  THat means, protection, wear a mask for the pollution and airborne viruses. 

YEP, the funds are going to dry up.  This virus is already hitting the global GDP hard, and it's just getting started. It's Darwin executing on his theory, that's all. 

I would do a toxicology autopsy, then you will know for certain.  Otherwise it's a guess.  Second, if toxicology is not your choice, choose a reputable boarding kennel facility, or someone else.  Set up spy cameras, etc. Cancel vacation, I don't know what else to suggest.

I would even tolerate the bad air, but immigration and the roads make this country a long term impossibility.  So now, only short visits and by air only, by land you will be banned.

I would pull out and say yep, you figure your problems out.  It's your S*** show...have fun, knock yourself out.

H pylori is treatable easily and cheap with 3 meds: H2 blocker, bismuth salt, and antibiotic.  test is simple and cheap.  Change diet.  Be active in your health, make changes, it is ONLY possible if you want it.

It's curtains for this place...tanking slow progressive mass exodus like coronavirus except slow and steady with no reversal...the word is long been out, ELysium is over.  No more here, time to move on...
