How can you pay? is it just CC or can you use a debit card? can you get it and pay at the boarder, how long is it valid for before you must use it? asking for a friend.

And then will the wife still be able to stay when it goes up if your income is below 29k a year? Stupid rule anyway, you could be earning that, and have a lot of financial commitments, while someone without those commitments could actually be better off, House, car, etc. (non smoker, drinker). already paid off.
