  1. Looking at the full story Photos even in that light it is a dark tint.
  2. In my area they-TOT fix them with bits of string, tied to the nearest power cable. I have one dangling on the Inside of my 1.5 high fence for 40 meters. our whole road is a complete mess of hanging TOT cables. I did contact TOT months ago and asked them to send their technicians out with some more string but they never came.
  3. This case has and was reported last year, and still no action by the RTP.
  4. Put a sign up saying 2K fine for crossing the rope, that could work, it has worked with the "Do not feed the monkeys 2K fine" on one of Koh Chang view points, mind you there is no safety rope at the one I'm referring to.
  5. We only have Autsawin's word on that, officers suspect he used the shovel or another weapon to kill the old man, but there again I did read the FULL story before commenting.
  6. So more bad planning, even though they knew it would only run for a year, they wait till now the high season to start a new bidding process. Those on the gates taking cash will like it me thinks, do they even have an official number printed on tickets?
  7. Steel rope should be hot cut with oxy/acetylene so the ends are welded together, or at least taped tightly 'Before' cutting with a grinder. sorry sometimes I forget where I am, and how poorly staff are trained if at all.
  8. I stick with a Marriage extension, because I'm self funded when it comes to health care, and want access to my other money in the bank, also for any other emergencies that may occur.
  9. That depends where you live Trat want 4 photos even for retirement.
  10. So no on board extinguisher, safe and trusted Thailand.
  11. From where Rayong? from Bkk on motorway 6hrs12mins. Via Highway3 6hr 45min if you get green lights all the way. Pattaya 4hrs 55min and again you'll need green lights all the way. you are talking BS or are you a crazy driver? even from Rayong it is 4hrs+
  12. So the room was unlocked did it even have a door? and the chute was uncovered. TIT sue all relative authorities.
  13. Now you'll really upset the OP, not the forum he wants, wait for his rude reply.
  14. Please Don't ever come to KC again. Ok it's on that forum but their is no need for your very rude replies. Calling someone Retarded just goes to show what kind of person you are.
  15. You Wanted Recommendations for somewhere to to stay, I gave you one!, KC is only 3.5 hrs. from where? certainly not from BKK more like 5+ hours or Patts and if you only have one week as YOU stated then flying to Trat is a sensible option. You are calling others Morons I suggest you take a long hard look in a mirror. If you had stated in your OP you don't want to come to Koh Chang I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to give yo a recommendation. MORON.
  16. There is no news, so why bother with this BS story.
  17. Koh Chang, 3k-6K a night jeez, Luxury bungalow on the beach, fly to Trat.
  18. Are you a Milkman or do you have a paper round?
  19. How did he manage to board with a Lighter? in his back pocket going through the metal detectors?
  20. If I was his wife I'd get the first flight back to Germany.
  21. And they let him in? Did he give any reason for his actions?
  22. That needs more than just patching up, it needs shoring up with tons of concrete, as is often needed on KC roads.
