I find it very hard to believe he was not sent for an autopsy. That is normal at the wat/temple not at a house, how did the coffin turn up. This smells like BS to me.

Do NOT give them money EVER. It won't make a jot of difference to your application, if they are not going to approve your extension then they wouldn't come, all your docs have already been checked when you applied.

I don't recall if there is a charge by the Govt. once a vehicle is 7yrs old (or is it 5?) by law test every year, but 200b for a car and maybe cheaper for a M/C, at a test shop, is well worth it, I only use them now, no hanging around transport office for sometimes hours.

Go to Amphur office, it's free and legal, and you'll need a KOR 2, every year to get an extension if on marriage visa/extension. No need for any big parties there only for face.

You can buy it at those test centers, ( i buy mine there, while having the car checked, in and out in 15min, they do all the leg work, for 200baht+50b and they send all docs back EMS to my house, if you don't want to collect yourself) and the government transport offices have agent/brokers inside also, you can do it on line but i prefer a place i can visit if any probs. edit; Some of those test shops will also do the registration paperwork for you, if they are falang friendly.

Yes the road tax continues. I would recommend getting getting extra insurance, its not that expensive, I wouldn't want to pay repair of an expensive car, hospital bills etc.. if in an accident

You get a very basic 3rd party insurance when you tax a vehicle, but that does not cover damage to vehicles only people. Those test centers, also sell insurance, and will get the road tax for you, if you don't want to go to a busy Land transport office, they also test vehicles older than 7yrs. what is a POA form?
