I had problems with the internal hose fitting down by the shut of tap it was leaking and eventually come out even with reduced pressure, i kept buying new guns/hoses same probs, i have now fixed the problem by using cable zip ties one around the hose another one looped though and secured to the tap, not beautiful but no leaks.

We use my friends wife as a witness i.e. they need someone who knows you and to say you live at your address. Years ago before home visits, my friend went for his extension, "You no have witness" so he went outside found an old lady and paid her 200b and she swore she had known him for years

Trat IO for Koh Chang i would say are friendly and patient but quite strict, as long as you follow their clearly written rules, there is no problem, its when people turn up without the wanted documents and then get angry with the officers as if its their fault, even then they keep cool and explain what is needed it takes about 1 hr/1.5hr max. Also there is a sub-office on the Island to do your 90 days, takes 5 min.
