sorry, a drug smoker, inhailer, user, pusher or what ever you want to call it .... is still wrong in society in most countries. I have my beliefs you have yours. cheers.

What are you on to spew such utter rubbish, are you drunk you need to educate yourself on music, art, etc. to understand what society thinks, this is about grass, that has nowhere ever had a recorded death by its use, and reduced pain and suffering to many that is non addictive in most, you are putting all drugs in the same bag (pun unintended). You beliefs are sorely misguided.

115 withdrawals and nearly 4 million baht and finally after two months she noticed?

Note to all: check your bank balance regularly!

i get an SMS every Monday morning 7 am from Bangkok bank showing my balance. Also transfers/payments

SMS from yellow bank withdrawals/transfers over 5,000 and showing balance, what still amazes me, I get the SMS before the money comes out through the rollers. Did they manage to change the phone num of the victim on bank records also

the student loans company are ruthless here, especially with government workers

just one month ago my partner and her colleagues all got a letter saying 15,000THB would be taken from their July salaries to repay student loans

how are they expected to come up with such an amount at short notice

Was it really short notice or did they ignore repayments and letters.

Rolling your own is an option. A bit time consuming and they stain your fingers but are cheaper than ready made and better tasting. All the paraphanalia and tobacco is available from Best Supermarket on 2nd Road and Foodland on Tai. Asian Gold is decent baccy.

Having said all that I currently buy ready made, L&M red. They are OK for me till I pack in ... again.

I used to buy L M till they went up try camel yellow at 60 baht.

When I was first stationed here in the U.S. Army I was surprised at the way everyone asked me how much money I make. It's partly because we don't fit the usual ways Thais judge each other's relative status. The elder/younger, patron/client, boss/worker, parent/child relation is of first importance in Thai culture. Since farang are unlikely to have any of the achievements Thais use in their judging, like knowledge of village traditions, attendance at the right schools, family status, etc., they usually grant us fairly high social status until/unless we show we don't deserve it. If you've been here 15 years and haven't gotten used to people asking how much you make I have to figure you don't meet many people, or else you enjoy offending them.

Here we go again another poster offending and making  assumptions  (yanks judging) about me I first started coming here in the early 80s and never recall ANYONE asking me, maybe you SEEK high status but i do not, i consider to be well respected by the locals, invited to weddings, funerals, birthday parties, school and temple do's, by rich and poor alike, no one asks me how much i earn, my respect is earnt by my deeds and actions. ????you can enjoy offending me but i really don't give a <deleted>

So the girl on the bike was clearly not paying attention and in the wrong, but why did the car driver make no attempt at all to move across or brake to avoid the collision?

Daft question I guess - this is Thailand, BLDM - Bikers Lives Don't Matter.

There was a blue pick up coming on the left side of the car, for the car to move over could have caused a bigger crash.
