Vacuum the mattress to suck out eggs and all around the bed frame, spray mattress with med alcohol, vacuum again, spray again , shower yourself before bed as they feed on dead skin.   This can also work for ticks.

It is called a reverse cycle becoz it does just that, takes the cold air from inside and makes it hot, the outside unit will blow cold air. There are no heating elements as such.

I brought a bacteria filter from lazada made by 3M, simply cut to size and wrap over existing filter works fine.

If heat is a concern then getting space heaters for the times when really necessary, but they are electricity hogs.

 

IMO the best aircons are Mitsubishi Super Inverters, but pricy.

Yellow book no medical. I changed and went to an office outside my city this time as a couple of years ago the city office refused yellow book on registering a car, insisting i needed a Res Cert.
Wife rang them to find out what i needed, Everything was excepted, copies of passport, visa page, they required photos, yellow book and pink card, old 5yr DL, No medical. Then was told, you have to make an appointment (which i calmly pointed out you could have told me/my wife that on the phone and saved me a return journey of 6 hrs. Oops  that made her get annoyed at ME! lose of face 555) Returned a few days later at the appointed time no probs, i was the only falang, Took the reaction tests. I was put in a separate room to watch the sub titled vid, while others in an adjacent room also got lectured at. license runs 6yrs minus 1 day from last renewal date. good luck.

Couldn't agree more, there is a*charity* operating around where i live, run by westerners, who can't afford to live here on there own cash, these *Volunteers* live rent free, one with large house and swimming pool, go around feeding the dogs with a truck and M/Cs,  now the dogs hang around/sleep in the roads, round blind bends, all day, result is we now have more soi dogs even though they may grab someone's dog cut off its nuts and dump it back on the road again. Most of the dogs have owners but the muts gather where they know they can get an extra feed.
