Thank you, so he doesnt need a visa. Although its only 1 day passed since he gave his passport to the embassy. I think he is over reacting because he get used to get the visa in 1 day from mukdahan. But again thanks for the info at least he can enter the country without a visa.

Hi, My friend is coming back to thailand from turkey and he is turkish. He was staying in thailand for a long time and working here. He went back to turkey for family visit. And he decided to get a new non-b visa based on his work. He left thailand on marriage non-o extension but of course it cancelled when he left. For personal reasons he decided to get a non-b for work while visiting his family. He applied last friday (6 may) and they told him they will send him an email. On the embassy web site it says 1 working day. He told me there were only 2 people there applying for visa. They didnt tell him you can get this or that day but only we will send you an email for the result. His flight to bangkok is on friday (13 may) and he will arrive in 14 may afternoon. Suddenly he started to think he will not get the visa till friday. My opinion is he will get but yes i think it will be a close one to his flight date. So his question is if he cannot get the visa on time, if he goes to the embassy and take back his passport and go to thailand without a visa, can he enter thailand for 28 days without a visa? His thai pass and everything is ready. Or any other options? Not sure if he can change the plane ticket its not flexable and it is economy class (turkish airlines) booked by some online agency. I dont know if this help but maybe give you some hints. I know some restaurants and thai bars which have many waitress from myanmar, vietnam and laos. Of course they dont have the work permit we know but most of them have some kind of card and let them work in thailand. But not help with the visa. They must go out and come back every 90 days. I saw some of these cards and yes its real. I think this is because of ASEAN thing. Someone mentioned 20k baht. Im pretty sure non of the restaurants pay that much just for a waitress. And yes most of them are illegal but trust me there is this card thing let them work too. You might check this out. Good luck

I see. Again, im thinking that they cannot rent or do the legal things without at least a copy of the house boom and the owner id. But if you trust tge agency.. cannot say more. Hope you will solve the problem soon

I would hardly believe that the company renting the house doesnt have the house book or owner id. Im not an expert but my mind says theres no way they dont have that 2 things and imagine they are real estate agency and doing this job legaly.. nahh Change the place you will stay. Before doing that tell this to the company. Im sure that tabian ban and the id will appear in 1 day ????

I have the bangkok bank app too but i think the online statements are only for 6 months. Kasikorn app is only for 6 months. Also as mentioned in other comments without any stamp or likewise i think its a no with immigration. I wouldnt accept that..

Yes thats, something i was thinking but not sure if the first online registration should be at the office or not i mean the first tm30. But it seems its not a problem. I have the app. Another thing is, will arrive on saturday, so if mobile app not works will go on monday. Thanks

Probably mentioned before but couldnt find it so sorry: When doing tm30, if you stay in your wife or girlfriend house, you need: Wife/girlfriend ID House book Letter from wife/girlfriend saying you guys are together and will stay together at the house (thats enough?) Passport She needs to be there or not? Thats all? I was wondering about the letter how should it be written? Also where to do tm30 for bangkok CW? Thanks

Hi, I bought plane tickets to fly somewhere from expedia com th cheap and fast i also bought seats for my flight, again cheap. So today was the check in day and... ta ta! The seat i paid for was.. taken by another passanger. Contacted with someone live chat help from the website. No waiting, really fast. Explained the situation, told me to hold on so he can check, 5-10 min later he said that he cannot see that i paid for the seats.. LOL!!! Well i have the recipe and all. Well, after another 10 min duscussion on the situation it seemed to me its a done deal, no refund and started the same answers, i gave up. Obviously nothing to do. 2000 baht extra for 2 round trip seats are gone.. lesson learned never book seats again. So just wondering if this happened to anyone else too? Thanks

When registering thailand pass one of the options is your flight details. few questions about this: - you cannot use 'space' between letters or numbers when entering your flight number. For example your flight number is KLM 68 but when you are entering your number in to the system you have to write KLM68, is this ok? - no problem with arrival date but my friend is coming with non-b visa and with his work permit so obviously no ticket for back or out of thailand. How to deal with this? does the system accepts only entering arrival date? will there be a problem? his arrival is 14 May thanks

hi, i will give you a proper answer. please ignore the posts before. they are just being stupid. its obvious you are asking a legit question so, if your wife find a job as a teacher.. she will have non-b visa which also allow you to stay with her which means you will get a non-o visa with her too. hers will be non-o work yours will be non-o member of your family has a work in thailand, you are the husband so you can get it. about the photography. sorry but i dont think you can find a job about it. almost impossible.. maybe she can apply some university like teaching art and photography but really no chance. the best option for her is to teach english. about IT. im sorry you have zero chance to find a job about it. you can do some work but dont count on it because it will be illegal. i suggest you to find a job about teaching english too.

No police will call you for any traffic bills. they will send a mail which show proof of the crime (speeding or whatever it is) with a radar photo or police photo camera. another thing is all that traffic bills sent to you from radar photos are not related or linked to traffic office. There will be nothing and yes, nothing happen if you dont pay them. I sold my old car with 13 or 15 speeding ticket on it!!!! and the oldest ticket was around 8 years ago thats the new scam they are trying now. because their police scam is so much on the media they need to find a new way
