  2. Modern slavery in the European Union Migrants are the most likely to fall victim to slavery, as they are used for cheap and easily exploitable labour. This situation is only reinforced by the creation and perpetuation of migration routes to Europe. https://www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/document/E-9-2023-001305_EN.html
  3. Thats the same Dublin agreement that the EU comission want to abolish I can announce that we will abolish the Dublin Regulation and we will replace it with a new European migration governance system. 4. It would appear a similar situation for the rest of Europe Profits rise while wages fall Real wages are falling while real profits continue to grow in half of EU member states, new ETUC research on the cost-of-living crisis shows. Real wages, which indicates pay after inflation is taken into account, have fallen in every EU member state this year by as much as 9%. https://www.etuc.org/en/pressrelease/profits-rise-while-wages-fall
  5. Its called an opinion ETUC General Secretary Esther Lynch said: “Employers can’t find enough workers because they’re not offering good enough wages or working conditions. As Joe Biden said, the answer is simple: pay them more. https://www.etuc.org/en/pressrelease/study-low-pay-causing-labour-shortages Labour shortages – turning away from bad jobs https://www.etui.org/publications/labour-shortages-turning-away-bad-jobs
  6. Report that I linked clearly stated Germany employs a large percentage of foreign seasonal workers on a short-term basis for seasonal crops like asparagus and strawberries. “Foreign workers who take up seasonal employment in agriculture currently come mainly from EU member states, predominantly Poland and Romania,” the spokesperson said. https://www.euractiv.com/section/agriculture-food/news/germany-fears-seasonal-labour-shortages-as-ukraine-war-rages-on/
  7. They are no longer working in terrible conditions for a pittance they have found that in Eastern Europe wages have significantly increased in their home countries that they have changed their work to something that offers similar pay to what they were receiving in the UK after deductions and a improved working environment
  8. According to this report they are not going to Germany or Austria “In the case of seasonal workers, there is currently considerable uncertainty about the availability of harvest workers from Eastern Europe this summer,” Farms in Austria are also afraid of bottlenecks. According to media reports, many farms are now recruiting workers from Asian countries such as Vietnam. https://www.euractiv.com/section/agriculture-food/news/germany-fears-seasonal-labour-shortages-as-ukraine-war-rages-on/
  9. The European Trade Union Institute published a report which states Those sectors in which labour shortages increased the most from 2019 to 2022 tended to offer generally poorer working conditions. Labour shortages clearly increased more among jobs with relatively lower pay, even when comparing otherwise similar workers. https://www.etuc.org/en/pressrelease/study-low-pay-causing-labour-shortages No different from British Business that offers low wages with poor working conditions Personally I think its a result of Brexit all the UK nationals being prevented from working in the EU on a seasonal basis
  10. The EU has been suffering from shortage of seasonal workers for years now Germany imposed €12 hourly minimum wage German farmers want that hourly wage to be suspended and implemented in stages ( no doubt over a number of years) https://www.euractiv.com/topics/seasonal-workers/?type_filter=news

  16. The above is based on figures today there have been some rumblings that the next UK Goverment might reduce the current levels of inheritance tax free allowances
  17. And SMMTT stated for 2016 UK car production reached its HIGHEST LEVEL in 17 years in 2016 SMMT-Motor-Industry-Facts-2017_online_May.pdf which is not the same as the claim that was posted

  19. if the House was still in your Mum's name and she was living in it when she dies she would would have had an inheritance tax free allowance of £500,000 or £ 1 million depending on the date that your father died assuming that he passed his entire estate including his £325,000 inheritance tax free allowance directly over to your mother £325,000 inheritance tax free allowance plus £175,000 residence nil-rate band Unfortunely as she has put the house in your name and your siblings names she no longer qualifies for the extra £175,000 residence nil-rate band Her current inheritance tax free allowance is £325,000 https://www.gov.uk/guidance/inheritance-tax-residence-nil-rate-band

  23. Since Covid and now War in Ukraine most brands have had to suspend production for a period of time due to shortage of parts here are some examples of the parts that are in short supply https://asia.nikkei.com/Business/Business-Spotlight/Automakers-hit-limits-of-just-in-time-supply-chain-management In Thailand for the whole of 2022 Honda sold 18,005 H-RV placing Honda in 2nd position in sales with Toyota Corolla Cross taking the number 1 lead position with 20,979 https://www.headlightmag.com/2023-01-26-sales-report-b-suv-crossover-jan-dec-2022/ For Brochure and Test Drive you can download Brochure from here and arrange test drive from here https://www.honda.co.th/en/hrvehev Note: Some models of test drive cars are only available in some showrooms. The system will display results only for showrooms with test drive cars. selected models only Honda does have over 11 different models not all dealers will stock all models
  24. I would guess the number of test drive vehicles available is dependent on size of dealership and how much support the dealer receives from the Dealer Marketing group within Honda. Its unlikely that Honda Thailand provides every dealer with 11 cars free of charge ( one car for each model). Does Honda Thailand offer each dealer an incentive scheme where they can purchase one of each model at a lower cost on the basis that for at least 5 months they are used as show and test drive cars. From a dealer point of view as soon as you put red plates on the car the car warranty becomes active. Buying a testcar most people will want between 15-25% discount so hence incentive for dealers to provide test cars
  25. Check Honda website for Testdrive I known dealers have a company policy and the brand having a company policy and if there is an conflict the dealer will be given a choice change their company policy or exit that brand https://www.honda.co.th/testdrive/step1?internal=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.honda.co.th
