    Looked on the Debit Card app, and it says that PENDING means that the company from which I bought has earmarked the money but not taken it yet, but it has been deducted from my balance. I think (hope) it will be sorted this week. Lazada are onto it.

    Been waiting for a week for a refund for an order which I cancelled, but is still showing as PENDING on my Debit Card.

    From the US Embassy webpage. Your US passport is your most reliable form of identification and certain countries require that form of identification to be on foreign travellers during their entire stay. If you're in such a place, it's best to keep your passport on you to avoid hassle or potential legal issues.

    I always do if it is a new company I have received from or a package which does not conform to what I ordered.

    And I have ALWAYS got any CoD I paid, and then returned the goods, into my Lazada Wallet, then withdraw to my Bank.

    Sorry, I misunderstood what you said. IF other payment methods are used, then Security take delivery, not pay CoD.

    Swings and roundabouts, as we English say. Pay CoD and cancel, the money goes to your Lazada Wallet, cancel card payment, money goes back to your card 'within two weeks

    Get your family to write down what they've ordered, from whom, how much and day of delivery.

    Ór if you personally keep a track of what you have ordered, it cannot happen.

    Or do not pay Cash for anything which you did not order. I recently made an order for about Bht 9k paying with Debit Card, then I cancelled it. The amount is showing as a Pending transaction on my card statement, and Lazada are 'looking into it and say it could take up to two weeks. I would have been better paying CoD.

    If it is a fake order, there would be no alternative to CoD. You just refuse to accept anything which you did not order.

    I cannot understand why it is slower at weekends. When a transfer is instant, obviously no humans are involved. So why longer at weekend. Just as a test, I transferred 150 quid from Barclays to Wise via online banking. Will take á few hours'. Why?
