    There is the facility in W11, and 10, to revert to the previous operating system, takes minutes. A full clean install of W11 takes about 30 minutes. Your 2022 laptop should be compatible with W11, freely downloaded from Microsoft onto a USB stick, register with you MS Account. Done.

    You do not need to be a geek, or the OP. W11 installs over w10 effortlessly, and then you are using the latest, not something 8 years old.

    140/150 is totally hypertension and almost dangerous, according to almost everything I have read about the subject. 128/80 used to be 'normal' but now it is 130/80 with beat of 60. So, tighten it with the ability to put one finger between the arm and the cuff (not collar), and ensure that the A mark is over the artery.
