It is not good to wave stuff directly out of the freezer, let it defrost first. Then to be even more logical/efficient, take the bowls and plates into the shower with you!

Back to Air Fryers. I watched a Channel 5 documentary with Alexis Conran who was comparing three Air Fryers, one was 60 quid, one 150, and the Ninja @ 200. Had three noobies using them. First was chips from real potatoes. They each only finished up, after 20 odd minutes, with one portion each, the cheapest AF getting best taste results. Then a 'stir fry with veg, prawns sauce and noodles'. The one portion each finished up with took longer than doing in a wok on the gas. Finally a Victoria Sponge each one producing two one-portion cakes. Why they didn't use the same batter for all the cakes so that it was the actual AF was the only difference I don't know. One man said that he cooked a full Xmas dinner in one. Surely he would have to keep the cooked items warm as he cooked the other stuff. My Conclusion on AFs. OK if you have very limited space, eat one-pot meals, and have money to spare. Anyone use one of those halogen/ glass bowl type cookers?
