Interesting to note that my Mor Prom app has been updated to show my booster jab as being manufactured by Comirnaty.

Having Googled it I see the Pfizer vax  was re-named Comirnaty as far back as last August. Who knew that???

@Tmoney You could say that about many things, as time goes on, you can't blame Tim Cook for everything .. we have had MS office for Mac 2011, I think some 2011 extended, then 2016 and now the standard is 2019. Maybe time to upgrade?

Probably the right thing to do but cost is a consideration. For the time being I'll stick with Mojave.

Sorry I can't answer your question, but just one word of warning (if it applies to you), if you have MS Office for Mac 2011 installed like I do it won't work with Big Sur nor Monterey.

I think you have everything covered, however, these are the (official) requirements for Samui Immigration.

I'm aware you will be using Chang Wattana and not Samui, but it may be worth looking through to check you have everything you need.

(For Samui everything needs to be in duplicate).

It looks like you are stuck installing the app then if there was not a 13 digit number on your white appointment slip, so go to Nathon hospital (3rd floor) with your passport and they should issue you with a printed International vaccine passport.

(They should also be able to give you your ID number)

You haven't said why you are needing proof of vaccinations but I am guessing that the international certificate would also be acceptable anywhere in Thailand as well.

Use the 13 digit number you were assigned when you had your first jab. It is on the yellow appointment sheet you were given for your second jab.

(I think most started 600000........)

Reference the note (above) from the Principal Koh Samui Hospital regarding 55k ppl already having the Sinovac, the 3rd dose of AZ for them actually began today.

Incorrect I'm afraid, our neighbour (Samui) was admitted to Nathon hospital confirmed positive for covid.

As was the case for the first round of AZ vaccinations at the university, the second session at Bangkok Samui hospital yesterday was carried out with the same professionalism and excellent organisation by the medical staff involved.

I hope the same applies at Nathon Hospital for today's recipients. 

Clear as mud now! Over the phone my appt. confirmed as Samui Hospital (Nathon?) but TropsEvo link says Bangkok Samui Hospital (Same date and time).

I got my annual extension of stay based on marriage approved in June.

My latest date for 90 day reporting was given as September 15th.

This morning I completed the online forms for notification of 90 day reporting and received approval back in less than 10 minutes.

(i also received an email to tell me it had been approved).

Next report date is 29th November
