It looks to me like a form of beetle...slow moving...may fly...harmless...take a piece of tissue paper to remove the beetle...then deposit back outside... 

If you walk out of Central Plaza and turn left...walk to end of street...about 2 city blocks...there is a train station and train that goes to Nong Khai for about 30 baht...You can google the schedule or walk down there and check departure times.  You will then need a tuk tuk to Friendship Bridge and immigration.

Busses and vans run between Udon and Nong Khai regularly...I believe they also have a bus to Friendship Bridge...bus station is located on the street directly in front of Central Mall...a very short walk...

All cheap transportation...good luck!

Good story...demonstrates how quickly things can go South in an Immigration office...

Went for my 1st 90 reporting to the Udon office...was told very sternly that I would have to renew my 1 year retirement visa in 7 months...I  just smiled and said thank you...

Left the country and returned twice before my multiple entry visa expired...got another 12 months upon entering the country each time...

Bully trying to confuse me and cause anxiety...lol

I think all this information is on the Thai immigration website...

Recommend taking lease and passport to Nong Khai immigration...asap...

When I moved, took rental agreement immediately to Immigration to change addresses...worked for me...

Ah yes, good ole Jomtien Beach Immigration...use to become visibly unnerved when having to deal with some of the people there...hated going there with a passion...one of the major reasons I moved... 

Was being attacked with a large knife in my condo by an irate Thai female I was attempting to remove from the premises...

Managed to call condo security...they just laughed...seriously!?

There is so much room for a scour puss IO to make life miserable...I am working on having the required amount 4 months early to circumvent any close scrunity...

You will have to provide appropriate information on both banks...they will then send 2 test amounts to your bank which you must acknowledge...then you should be good to go...not that difficult...you will need to trust that your banking info is safe with them...

Did just that in 2017...must renew Sept of this year...xfer around 95,000 baht per month using transferwise which creates an audit trail...should have money by Jun of this year...thank you for input...

Been using Transferwise for more than a year...safe, dependable, inexpensive, and they keep your previous xfers on file so you can do a simple repeat xfer...good exchange rates also...

Posts like yours makes all of wonder what they may come up with next at immigration to aggravate the pee out of foreigners.

I suspect immigration jobs are in high demand...the satisfaction obtained by making foreigners squirm must be priceless for many Thais...
