I believe you file under the term possessor as a tenant. You just post it inTo your immigration office or get the app and do it onlineI asked my visa representation this and they specifically told me that it must be done by the landlord...can you please refer me to where I can file this myself?Hopefully someone will be along to
Correct me if I got this wrong

Just write one up yourself and take your rental contract as back up
Its legal doesn't have to be the landlord who in many case's is unreachable when needed

This has all been discussed to death yet op puts up a big drama Post. You should read his post carefully. He intends to get an O-A visa in Australia, which means he has the 800k baht, but not in a Thai bank.
He doesn't appear to understand the system. There laws in place for
Long stay visas. If he wants to stay he needs to pay
All these border runs and running back and forth to Australia is going to cost more than the loss on exchange rate so where is the logic -
Who cares about traffic jams. Expats live there don't drive cars in general. That's the whole point of living thereI used to stay at Siam Privi hotel, about 1.5 km from Huai Kwang MRT and there was a decent apartment next door for 4500 per month. It is Chinese oriented, but not Chinese tourists.. big difference, but out on Rachada, there are tons of Chinese tourists.. www.seaoflovemansion.com will be a good benchmark on what the going rates are.. I know the Sukhumvit denyers will get upset, but Asoke is a ripoff tourist trap, traffic jam. It is a good location for a first timer, but things are way more sensible a few km North.
Since T21 opened I don't Even use the bts anymore as their food court is a few minutes walk and after dinner soi cowboy right text door for beers -
Thailand's ban on smoking at home comes into law today. People can be prosecuted for domestic abuse by lighting up.There's no actual law against smoking in "your own home". One woman at the Ministry of Health tried to explain it a month ago. It's just about being considerate if you have small kids and maybe old people at home. No one will ever enforce this law.

Yes but every single poster on TV claims never to have smoked around their family yet I see faring in open air resteraunts smoking like a chimney at the tables Right in front of them !I am disappointed to see so many negative, nay, cynical comments about some good the Thai Government is trying to do - save many unnecessary deaths and countless suffering from bronchial problems caused by secondhand smoke spewed out from what I consider as irresponsible smokers, especially as it relates to their own family.
If it is scientifically proven to be true that passive smoking is a real threat to innocent people, and you know, then there shouldn't be a need for a law to protect them.
It seems to me therefore, that smokers, their advocates and some Members on this Forum, feel the right to think that harming the health of their own family is collateral damage in favour of their unconcerned freedom of choice.
I will get some metaphorical flak for this but it is better than secondhand smoke that has two lots of bad in it!

Kill some one while drunk and your in a world of financial pain and or jail. When I moved here I didn't know I was moving into a communist country they'll prosacute you for smoking in your house but only 3 points for drunk driving
Kill you're non smoking wife or kid and nothing happens.
You get that right ?-

Can this be construed as you front gate? This country is getting more and more iron fisted.
How many family and friends would still be alive today worldwide if this law was international? just one death is one to many. Pretty soon smokers will be hiding in bushes or sitting in trees ..luv it ☺

Oz did the same in a workaround by hiking the price up to 46$$$$$ a pack! same result.
Thailand could care less about the fallout or being PC and that's refreshing
Smokers your time killing innocent people will end soon, get smart and start on patches right now

Love it and EXTREMELY happy the low class desperately poor farang are being pushed in to Cambodia. At least from now on if a farang engages in conversation it won't be begging for 500 baht :-))))

Whole immigrations is <deleted> up and a giant legal mafia.
This happened last Saturday !!!
My friend and his wife had a stop over in Bangkok from a flight from Denpasar, Bali to DMK. From BKK to Munich and from Munich to Dusseldorf. My friend's wife is Dutch but she also carries an Indonesian passport. Staying in Bali for 2 months having the fastest flight to Holland due to a family emergency, they booked the only available flight which had a stopover in Bangkok. DMK to BKK.
What happened. My friend could easily past immigration, however his wife, just in the line behind him, showed her Dutch passport. The immigration officer could not find an exit stamp in her Dutch passport. She was not allowed into Thailand without an exit stamp in her Dutch passport. Then she showed her Indonesian passport with an exit stamp. That was ok, she only had to pay an fee of 2,000 THB for visa on arrival. My friend paid the 2,000 THB / 60 €. Right after she was arrested for trying to enter Thailand illegally. She had to pay a fine of 300,000 THB / 10,000 € and a 5 year prison. For this and had to go to court on Monday, immigration said.
My wife and me have been waiting to pick them up for over 6 hours. My wife made some phone calls to some people she knows at immigration. Later the fine went down to 40,000 THB and she only got a transfer visa valid for 48 hours after landing.
So the next morning on Suvarnabhumi, she was not allowed to leave Thailand and had to pay a fine of 200,000 THB for the previous offence. But in the computer it said, fine 300,000, only paid 100,000 so they wanted the 200k. So my wife called around again and again. Fine went down to 25,000 THB because my wife knew some people.
Receipt ?Not possible, receipt office closed !!!
The biggest mafia in Thailand is called immigration !!!!
Total BS

Most retirees that come to Thailand are OLD and health insurance if even available at all is very very expensive. So naturally they will move somewhere else like Vietnam for example. Seems so obvious to me.
Because You're less likely to get sick in Vietnam? You didn't put much thought into that post but thanks for Laugh's ☺☺☺

You did not return the item.. no proof of your claim. So yea i get why they sided with the seller.
You don't always need to return the item . I ordered A wrong item before and was allowed to keep it with a refund. Anyway showed them pics and pointed out other pics
in the review section showing exactly the same problem.

lets do the maths 3/4 a plate of 18 baht a kilo cheap white rice and a smidgen of pork 40 baht .. no wonder its cheap its <deleted> and its the reason thai women are so slim and sexy .. they can't afford to eat real food. Like us farangs

Just had my first bad experience. A company selling fake non stick pans. 5 minutes on the stove and the spray paint they used melted straight off. Couldn't return it due to a hip injury and Lazada dispute team sided with the seller

Even if Thailand gives visas to Pakistani, Iranian's, Iraq's, Kuwaitis, Nigerians, Somalis. That's not going to attract holiday makers to Thailand since the cost of coming to Thailand has risen over 35%-fact. Even to purchase a new vehicle by foreigners has increased over 26.8% in actual cost! The Thai economy is heading for a 1988 economic crash!
Any facts to back that? And no porn the beer bar girl saying no boom boom Hab not many customer doesn't count
