The truth is out there, everyone is free to guess what is going on, there no harm in guessing.
It's not by chance that some countries/areas have more victims, and other countries have less.
If it is not by chance, then pray tell us what the actual cause is?

Not having read the text of the "law" or "decree" do you expect me to believe the interpretation of someone else?
No, not at all, nor would I have suspected that interpretation of the policy would have become your singular life's goal, but if it gets you through this, ill leave you to it.
Besides, if your interpretation keeps you away from the the general public, it cant be all that bad

Opening my condo door and walking the trash to the trash room is now a crime after 10PM?
How about taking the elevator to the ground floor and standing in the parking lot of my condo after 10PM?
Walking for exercise at 11PM on my condo grounds is also a crime after 10PM?
Who has the text of this new decree?
Why overdramatize this?
You know what the limits are, give it a rest.

Yeah, out of fear by the establishment and as a display/exercise of their power. What is the real value of this curfew other than a draconian dictate that has revenue-making potential for the establishment. I guess it could be to protect the tourists from getting the virus from a hooker and having a bad experience in Bangkok (wouldn't want that, would we?).
Revenue making potential for the establishment.
How exactly does ecomomic shutdown serve their aims again?
I cant seem to remember.
Its confusing, because when everything remained open longer than some felt it should, it was because "the establishment" valued profit over people.
Now it seems that "the establishment" has imposed the curfew because they seek "revenue-making potential".
So which is it?

Hope it will soon escalate to a 24h lockdown. 22:00-04:00 is, IMHO, not only useless, but it will create more traffic as everybody is going to be bulging in to make the curfew hours. Just as idiotic as 90% of this dumb, psychotic wannabe govt.
You act as if all governments have dealt with this flawlessly.
Personally, I dont see many who havent misstepped throughout this whole situation.

I bet the coppers have $$$ signs floating in their eyes as they sleep. Finally what they've been dreaming of for years, a true Police State, has come true. How long before the army start to 'drop in' on local police stations to enquire about their cut of the proceeds, then things start to get tense and nasty between the two rival 'gangs'? My guess is it won't be too long before the first 'moved to an inactive post' articles start to pop up concerning the more belligerent top cops...Just make sure you're well stocked up, I hope you all have access to a nice place, to get some air. My maid tells me the roof of my condo has been a Godsend to her in recent weeks. She likes a drink, and her pal who she shares the work and pay with, both have a quiet, discreet, drink up there most evenings in isolation, and safety.
You seem to believe that this is the first curfew to occur in recent history, when in fact curfews have not been uncommon in the last 20 years.
As for your insinuation that this will devolve into a turf war, it is as cynical as it is naive.

But that didnt happen, in fact, it could not have happened and I see little point in suggesting it could except as an attempt to fuel or indulge in the hysteria already rampant on the forum.

Dont want to sound cynical , but they probably had food going bad and thought its better to give it away rather than let it rot
And how does that change anything?
Does it reduce the labour involved in cooking and serving it?

I have no fear of the COVID and I'm definitely not having a mental breakdown. But my quality of life is suffering for sure. And it sounds like this will go on until at least the end of April. I may become an alcoholic by the time this thing runs its course.
This.
Im hangong out at home working as always, feeding the koi for morning coffee, cooking, eating, riding the bike for an hour a day, not much different, except cant swim or wakeboard a few times a week as usual.
They closed the wake parks monday, but I already miss it like crazy.
Id be there now if they were open. Sangria is todays substitute.

seemed like a great idea on paper, but was the meth necessary? after all, the e and ket would have sufficed adequately.
Young and dumb and not so free it is.
While quite resourceful, Nong Niran comes off a bit of a <deleted> for "ädvertising online", however it was inevitable somebody rumbled them.
Im past it now, but have certainly attended my fair share of after parties like this not so very long ago.- 1

just enjoy the opportunity to hammer righteously at your keyboard while actually being right, albeit as ineffective as ever. -

Indeed, magnets used to affect the content of portable storage media, but this is no longer the case. But he only used it as an example to describe the proven harmful effects of electro-magnetic radiation on the immunity system.
And, as such, it is a poor metaphor, like I said

The body is exposed to 1000s of viruses a day, and the immune system generally deals with these easily. Now and again we get a cold or a temperature, but the bodies defence usually overwhelms these threats.
The wave-length of 5G scrambles the anti-bodies. This is akin to putting strong magnets close to a USB loaded with your favourite pics. When you next view the pics they are unrecognisable.
There are none so blind as will not see GC.
This is all well and good, except that ssds, usb flash drives and the like are completely unaffected by magnets.
Perhaps you should revisit the similie.

I honestly cannot figure out what you are attempting to communicate here.
I mean, sure, I understand that it is some form of virtue signaling, but the whole thing is quite a mess.
A useful technique is, before you starting typing, work out what you want to say and try to imagine that you are saying it to someone who is unable to read your mind or understand your more obscure references. Jot all that down on a piece of paper and, then, wait until you sober up.
Ah, a classic response to being called out for posting your reactionary dreck - accuse me of drinking and trot out the latest catch phrase.
Well done sir.

Thankfully my very nearby villa and foodland remain well stocked and folks in the area dont seem prone to hoarding.

Hmm, like the embargo on cuba.
I personally relish punishing the lions share of the world population for the policies of their government.
Personally I think the time for racial cleansing is now, when international hysteria is strong and it will be easier to find acceptance.
It is time to consider the silver lining here - the rest of the world can unite over the extermination of the chinese, at least until they are gone and we start looking for our next target.
