  1. It becomes impossible for a non-bike rider to fathom where one would fit into this thread.
  2. Cat burglary involves stealthily climbing upper stories of buildings, not the theft of felines notes ASEAN NOW. Thanks for clearing that up, I thought that she was stealing from the Communication Authority of Thailand.
  3. Rape or consensual sex? Strangled with a phone charger cable or smothered with a pillow? Competent Thai police. I'm confused with so many points on this story. ????
  4. Their website is shown in the Google maps link in the OP. https://greens.co.th/
  5. I will say it again, I am not talking about of personal views here I'm talking about the law. I didn't make the law but as long as the law exists it should be followed. How difficult is it for you to understand that?
  6. I have to pop down to the 7-11, anybody got a buckshee noddy suit they can lend me?
  7. Are you saying that the lockdowns in every country are not real then or are you saying the laws of all of these countries should only 'selectively' followed? The word that you used for this current situation was 'pandemic'? Do you (or anyone else who doesn't agree with the law) actually understand how serious the situation is in Thailand?
  8. No, I just think that my view is more adult and makes more sense. I am not talking about of personal views here I'm talking about the law and how some fools believe that selective laws should not apply to them. Emergency laws hav been thrown up in many countries, this is not just a Thai thing. The laws are in place to protect the public and to try to control the outbreak, selfish <deleted> who do not want to follow these laws are extending the damage and havoc that this virus is causing, as well as putting innocent lives at risk. I could try to explain this so that even you could understand this but I have neither the time nor the crayons.
  9. You replied 'yes' to my post but the only question that I asked was 'is that too hard for you to understand?'. You then want on to state that you hope that I 'got it' now but you did not include any points on your post to 'get'. Have I gotten what? Your post doesn't make any sense.
  10. What a totally idiotic question. Please don't tell me that you haven't spent the last 3 hours to come up with your 'playground' remark to my post.
  11. IT IS STILL THE LAW!!! You cannot simply chose which laws to follow, is that too hard for you to understand?
  12. Whether the violation of the law was horrendous or not makes no difference, it was still a violation of the law. Just because you don't like the law doesn't mean that you don't have to follow it. You cannot select to only follow the the laws that you think are relevant to you. As for the old argument of priorities of the law, if these idiots could curb their alcoholic urges then the police could then concentrate their efforts on 'important cases'.
  13. Johhny & June singing Jackson. Seen them perform it live in Berlin and it breaks me up every time I hear it knowing that I will never see them performing it live again.
  14. I used a lady in Nana Plaza in the mid 90's for a while. She was supposedly a daughter of a top-cop and had someone take the passports to Penang, Malaysia for visas via Malay/Thai borders. I am not sure if there was any truth to it but it was rumoured that Lars' wife had family members who were quite high up in the Immigration ranks. At first only needed a copy of marriage paper, then years later had to also show wife's Thai ID card and in later years had to include a copy of a bank book page showing funds. I never had to go through that, my passport was the only requirement. However, my visas were only for 3 months at a time. I knew plenty of guys who used the Swede to get visas from Penang but I've never heard of anyone getting visas or entry/exit stamps from Australia though. Somehow I can't see Aussie immigration officials and Thai Embassy/consulate staff being on the take. Just looked at the old passport with the stamps in and I used Lars' service 3 times, I have one 'border run' visa for Padang Besar, one tourist visa from 'The Royal Thai Consulate, Honolulu' and one tourist visa from The 'Royal Thai Consulate General, Brisbane. Can't see that George would have been able to continue in Business if he was using dodgy stamps, so I can only presume that he was connected to the gills. Either that or he was paying someone else who had big connections. Didn't matter to me, he provided the service that I paid for.
  15. more the fool you. Why, I used Lars' service a few times (with stamps also from Padang Besar & Honolulu) and it allowed me to stay here until I had sorted out my path in life. That happened over 22 years ago and I have burned through 3 passports since then without any problem from Immigration nor any questions of dodgy stamps in a now cancelled passport. How does this make me a fool?
  16. So you were spouting off about something that you know nothing about? I stated an incident that happened to me and then you decide to try to tear down my statement without any proof or reason. As for my tone, don't act all high and mighty and you might get treated with a little respect. Now, jog on.
  17. Thanks, couldn't remember the name. I do remember Lars, despite some of the stories that floated around the web about him, he came across as being a decent chap (albeit a decent chap with dodgy visas). ???? Express Service Sabai Company, Ltd was such a long time ago and my memory fails with age, please remind me, wasn't the shop very near to The Crossbar?
  18. And when you are able to understand that not everyone is 'Lilly white' and that I am not telling you a falsehood (why would I?), you can then delete the 'Confused' emojis that you have added to my post and change them to 'Like' emojis. Of course, if you are still confused I will try to draw you a picture, for your better understanding. ????
