Full HD It won't be connected to any TV box or connection, so won't be used for watching TV channels. It needs to act as a computer slash media player device with a wireless mouse and keyboard option, can open up a browser such as Chrome. It’s main use will be for watching YouTube videos and surfing the net. If it has a hard drive storage capability to copy, store and play mpeg movies or even PC games that’s a bonus, not a necessity. It needs a 3.5 jack audio output or the white and red audio jack outputs. 3.5mm Jack is preferable. It will connect/plug into an external sound system. It can connect by LAN cable or Wifi (LAN cable is best.) It isn’t for our use so a low price is better than a high one. Buying on Lazada is the preferred purchase option. Any advice or recommendations about models appreciated. TIA

We were out of town for one week, when we got back the PWA water bill was in the mail box, when we went to pay it online using our banking application (as always), it said it was too late. Figuring that it would be added to this month's bill, we left it alone. It was added to this month's bill. But this month's bill is missing all the barcodes etc to scan with the banking applications. I entered the ref codes manually into the bank application's utilities bills, and it comes up that it cannot be paid due to overdue payment. For the life of me I cannot fathom why there is a set time of 1-2 weeks to pay the monthly bill, then they shut down all remote methods of payment. I mean, I really want to pay our bills, the bills in my hand, but they have blocked these avenues of payment. So how/where can I pay the PWA bill? TIA.
