Hello I want to file tax return online and I have tax id. I registered e-filling system and want to complete my tax return online but I have no income for 2019 in Thailand and I didn’t transfer any funds to Thailand I earned in 2019. But in website I cannot declare no income. So how I can complete tax return online If I have no income to declare ? Or I should go to local Revenue department to do this ?

This happened to me in samui before 1 week at massage . When I came  back from shower I sAw she was keeping my bag in her hands at bed. She immediately left my bag and told me she tried to find her phone and then she suddenly remembered she put her phone out of curtains . samui immigration is extremely friendly. i went and asked if my landlord did tm30 or not. they checked with their system and told me i have no tm30. officer told me please told your landlord to register you. didnt pay anything as penaly or fee. you can also ask them.

I have another question. Thailand is not a part of Apostille , therefore how I can make Legalization tax residency certificate from revenue department ? 
I talked with my government and they say the embassy in Thailand must make legalisation of document. 
i talked with my embassy in Thailand. My Embassy told me they can only legalise a thai document if the minister if foreign affairs of Thailand make authentication. 
so how I can make tax residency certificate authentication by foreign affairs of Thailand ? 
as far as I see , is it not enough to get tax residency certificate and just give it to my home country.

i was in phuket in agust and september but sea wasnt suitable to swim. i stayed in surin. i checked everywhere from from bang tao to nai yang and almost all beaches had red flags and banned to swim because strong waves and current. i travelled khao lak and phang nga  and sea was same there. after december sea is ok to swim in phuket ? currently im in samui but didnt like here at all, traffic is just crazy, overcrowded. plan to move phuket but i want to be sure about sea during this year. many thanks

excuse me but i didnt understand. sued for what ? for a negative  forum post ? i really didnt understand what you mean. because if he may be sued for a forum post, many users can be sued for their hotel reviews on google, tripadvisor or booking.com etc. is it really true ?

also feel same.  really overcrowded. many cars and motobikes on roads. cannot find a decent home , condo or villa less than 25000 baht. everywhere full. rents are very high. i came here from koh phangan and thinking to run away asap. many construction trucks. and people drives really crazily. quality of homes are very bad comparing to prices. roads are horrible, dirty, sandy and dangerous.

Thailand is known as a cheap holiday destination . 290 baht for a plain T-shirt at the markets is hardly cheap even if baht was weaker but at the levels it’s at now its double the price to most western countries .

 

220 baht for a drink , 1500 bsht

bsrfines, 1000 baht for a steak. Just a bread roll is up to 25 baht

 

A night out with a female company can set you back 10000, easily. 

this is absolutely true. therefore i found a gf online in esaan and live with her in koh phangan . i just "take care" her by giving 10000 baht monthly. no barfine no ladydrinks no nightlife anymore.

hello , i decided to buy a second hand motobike from its owner but owner told me i should first deposit money to his account and then go to land transport authority together to transfer bike to my name with greenboook. i dont know this is normal or not in thailand ?  in my country usually people pay when they give documents to  relevant  authority for transfer process.
first time i will buy used motobike in thailand and therefore i wanted to ask it.is it ok to transfer money first and go together with owner to land transport authority ? or i shouldnt transfer money unless we give paperworks to the authority for transfer of motobike.

The steakhouse next door by same owners are just too expensive, can buy imported steaks at BigC+ and grill at home much cheaper and even get drunk in the process. 

i have been doing slighty same for months what you wrote. but i have another tip for all steak lovers. makro sells premium importted angus steaks. go and look their expire  dates. and just before 4 or 5 days than expire date, makro go 50% discount. usually 200 gr packs meats are sold. i buy 8-10 packs and eat everyday 400 gr premium angus tenderloin - ribeye for 4 -5 days. my thai gf make me bbq at balcony. last time at koh phangan i paid 150 baht for per pack 200 gr angus tenderloin imported from oz. she says im cheap charlie ???? but no way to take care her unless im cheap charlie

i was visiting pattaya over  6 years and always visit them although they are overpriced. as far as i know it is famous and populer place. why they sale their business ? really pattaya has started to die ? this is a sign for lackness of tourists ? personelly i decided to not go back pattaya after live there 6 months on 2018 . apparently i was not only person to disappoint about pattaya.  just suprised to see them on bahtsold  when i try to find new motobike .

i got my tax id from pattaya 6 months ago. but now im living at koh phangan, suratthani. i need to file tax return on 2020 but i am confused can i do it at tax office in koh phangan (or nearest  one) or i should go pattaya back because i got my tax id in pattaya  tax office ?

Hello. I signed up and have password username for online tm47 90 days report. I also did tm30 before. Today it is time to make tm47 for me ( within 15 days but not less than 7 days before the due date of notification ) 

when I try to do 90 days report I got this error 

 what I understand is that first 90 days notification must be done in immigration. After that I can do it online. This is true ?
i just confused that , the website means i should do one time 90 days report at immigration office personally or i should do first tm 30 at immigration personally ? i also use did tm30 online successfully and even i confirmed it with immigration when i got residency certificate.

He cleaned my ear wax very well with warm water and a plastic pear pump. Things was not look like clean. Hope I will not get infected. 

I went a local clinic and doctor sold me this for 200 baht and after 5 hours I will go  back to doc to clean my ear for 400 baht. This is very affordable I think
