I rented out our house today, do we need to report the renters to immigratiob?
You should tell them to get in touch with Immigration that they can file a report where they are now staying.
If they don't do it save your own butt and tell the Immigration that. If you're housing criminals, they'll get you as well.
And let's be honest, too many of these scumbags come to Lieland.

As I said before go to Condor. The flights are there. 99.99 Euros one way to Frankfurt from multiple destinations across the World including Phuket and Bangkok. You just have to get from Frankfurt to the UK and there are regular flights in place for this. That includes luggage ))) Anyone can book the seats.
And no, the Germans are not only looking out for themselves, The flights are open to all if they are not full. They are however doing a damn sight more than our own UK government.
The Condor flight are only available because of intervention of the German embassy.
The prices are only so low because they paid some good money to have the ability to take people out, Germans, UK citizens, Americans, they let all on the plane if there are seats available.
Blaming Germany that they'd only think about themselves made my blood boil and it shows again how opinionated some UK folks are.

Yes, primarily for Germans but the planes are running half empty as stated in the article. If you want to pour water on it feel free but for those that want to go back seats are there.
Its just a pity our own embassy doesn't bother to tell anyone.
Thank you. Instead of blaming their own government, they blame Germans for having left them stranded. And that's a big lie.
Should the German embassy have gotten in touch with all the other European ones to inform them that there are flights out?

Firstly, the Mercedes F1 is based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, using a German licence. It's not solely German ingenuity, as you so inaccurately put it. The engineers and technicians that have developed the new designs are not German but British. It helps if you write the full story rather than half of it.
That's why the one-size-fits-all EU project doesn't work and is unravelling before your very eyes.
What utter drivel you write. No where is it stated that Germany transported 100 Italians to Germany for treatment. The first report a couple of day's ago was that it was just 6 patients from Italy to Germany. However, it is unclear why those six patients from Italy were chosen for treatment in Germany. Then that number supposedly rose to 41, but there's been no substantial conformation of that figure. You try to fudge the number by including France, which if you bothered to read my entire comment, you will note that I said that "their power axis buddy, France" was the only country getting additional aid. As it stands, Germany hasn't transported that many dying Italians to its hospitals, despite your exaggerated figure. Considering that Italy currently has 3,981 patients in critical or severe condtions, those chosen few must be VIPs or something, otherwise they're very fortunate to be chosen out of the remaining 3,981 critical patients.
Again, the thrust of my original comment was against FarFlung's imbecilic remark about the UK not being part of Europe diatribe. Do I have to remind the dolt that following the approval of the Withdrawal Agreement, the UK left the EU on 31 January 2020 and entered a transition period, but continues to contribute to the EU as if it were a member. That means the UK is still paying its lion's share of contributions into the EU's coffers, much more than any other member state. What is needed from the German government and its EU project is cooperation, not opposition. The half-empty flight from Cambodia is just another example of them being unhelpful and disobliging in a time of crisis. No wonder the UK wanted to out of this elitist and Globalist club.
They didn't know about any other stranded UK nationals, don't you get it?
Why did these "stranded UK nationals" not check the Internet? They would have taken them if the stranded UK citizens had gotten in touch with the Germans.
The UK wanted to get out because they were paying the most into the European Union after Germany.
( Sorry, the Netherlands pay a lot too)
And guess what?
I'd love to see Germany leaving the EU and let these muppets solve their problems, not with German tax payers' money.
If the UK doesn't belong to the EU anymore, they don't have to wonder when laws change, and they experience repercussions.

What’s the difference between TEFL, TESL and TESOL?
TEFL, TESL, TESOL are NOT certifications or qualifications, these are terms that refer to where and to whom you are teaching English. These terms are used interchangeably, so it can sometimes be confusing to know what they mean!
- TESL refers to Teaching English as a Second Language: programs in English-speaking countries for students whose first language is other than English.
- TEFL refers to Teaching English as a Foreign Language: programs in countries where English is not the primary language and is not a lingua franca.
- TESOL, which stands for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, is a general name for the field of teaching that includes both TESL and TEFL.
Many online companies still want a BA. A TESOL, or a TEFL are no certificates that allow you to teach at a government school.
An online course is not the right way to go.
If you can gain some in class experience and have real students, it will help you in the future, no matter if you find an online teaching job or as an ESL teacher.
It looks like you're using Google translate to post this thread. Now is the time to learn as much as you can. Please check Future Learn.
They offer free courses, I'm currently doing one on the Covis 19 virus and another one on online teaching.
You can sign up for the online teaching job here: https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/online-tutoring
It's free, if you want a certificate that you could use to find an online teaching job, it's around 35 quit.

It is a recommendation, just because you say that "it's what they want" does not make it law.
“Children under 5 and adults over 70, and those with underlying health problems, are strongly urged to stay home. Public gatherings are banned.”

I'd not cosonder "strongly urged" as a recommandation. I can't find the link where it's better explained but will post it as soon as I find it again.

BANGKOK — The first raft of measures issued under the emergency decree on Wednesday instructed senior citizens and those with vulnerable health conditions to refrain from leaving their homes unless absolutely necessary.
The same order, which will come into effect a minute after midnight, also bars traveling into Thailand through its land, sea, and air border checkpoints, with several exceptions. Facilities like nightclubs, playgrounds, and sports venues in Bangkok metropolis will remain closed down indefinitely.

There'll be way more people killed by the virus if they don't get their acts together.
But if you have such a cool president, no wonder.
I bet on it that I could ask him some basic questions about the virus he wouldn't know.
But he should be always up to date to help his folks.
I hope one day a strong wind takes his damn wig off that the world can see who he really is.
An old and very senile man. Not being fit to be the president of such a big country.

Hell, no! If the German government would have known of them, they'd have taken them on board, believe me.
Now it turns out to be a Germany leaves UK people stranded in Cambodia thread.
And that's in no way true.
I've just sent the Ambassador of Germany an email to get some clarification.
I'm volunteering for an organisation that works closely with the German embassy in Krung Thep.
How should they have known how many others are stranded?

If you want a flight back just go to Condor. Anyone can book them. The UK government has been telling everyone as I saw it advertised on the live feed on the BBC over a week ago. Its all over Twitter. You have to make your way back to the UK from Frankfurt as that is the only destination. One ways are 99.99 Euros
These are not regular flights. That's the flights the German government has booked to get their people back. If you had scolled down a bit you'd have seen this:
Mir ist bekannt, dass es sich um einen Flug im Rahmen des Rückholprogramms des Auswärtigen Amtes handelt, das vorrangig deutschen Staatsangehörigen und deren Familienangehörigen zur Verfügung steht. Mir ist bewusst, dass das Auswärtige Amt nach § 6 Konsulargesetz berechtigt ist, neben dem an Condor entrichteten Preis für das Flugticket im Nachgang eine Auslagenerstattung von mir zu fordern.
In English: I am aware that this is a flight as part of the Federal Foreign Office's return program, which is primarily available to German citizens and their family members. I am aware that the Federal Foreign Office is entitled under Section 6 of the Consular Act to request a reimbursement of expenses in addition to the price paid to Condor for the flight ticket.
Here's a form to fill out if you want to fly out. I'm certain that they let other nationalities on the plane as well. ( It's in German, English and French.
Do you really believe that you can get a Non stop flight from Bangkok to Frankfurt for 99 Euros???And if you search an ordinary flight, Condor tells you that they don't fly this route.

I'm not interested in the sexual morality part of it. People use the apps in different ways, there are different kind of apps, indeed it's not uncommon for people to find their marriage partner on the apps. But normally STDS are a risk but people can take measures to help prevent STDS and still date new people. But with this new virus just getting together for a coffee is likely to spread the virus.
Using Google search would show you many ways to find what you're looking for.
Of course, waiting for a virus test will be a big turn off.

I'm just wondering how accurate their information is. It starts with the tests.
Question: Rapid diagnostic tests for SARS-CoV-2 causing COVID-19 are in use worldwide ( True, or False?)
The right answer is false.
There are now some tests. Some are FDA, CE-IVD approved, mostly for emergency use only. Many others are in development and many are just on the market without regulatory approval. Many are out of stock due to global demand. We do not yet have good data available on which ones work well (written 26.03.2020).
But I'm certain that Thailand has the right equipment. Perhaps not.

Construction and farm worker. 50%+
Factory worker. Less than 10%. Because factory area the police check often on the road. (Purple urinate test).
And many (Japanese) factory check the worker. If positive, finish job. Maybe one time every year.
Sex worker a lot.
More man than woman.
Bangkok/Nonthaburi a lot.
Truck/bus/van driver a lot.
Uni student a lot, and Ketamine.
IMO if stop it, will be less crime 70%+. Less stupid people.
Thaksin popular because he fight it.
Make you be crazy. Some people no problem, some people big problem.
A real outstanding POTY post, Yinn. Thumbs up! ????
Thaksin popular because he fight it.
Thaksin's son was on Ya ice ( white speed, or Crystals), which was also the reason why he started the war on drugs.
At this time, the cops informed the big dealers, and they left for three months, just to come back and charge 500 baht for one pill.
Before people could buy one pill for 20 to 30 baht.
More men than women? Not when you look at prostitutes, Yinn!
Bangkok/ Nonthaburi a lot? You do not seem to frequent Isaan, and the numbers must be much higher here.
You have to agree that there are more female than male prostitutes, are hooked on that stuff.
So, it's more female use of Jaba than male, overall.
Thaksin's war on drugs didn't help, because prostitutes at that time had to stay 24 hours with a customer to buy one pill.
That changed all and everything.
The big dealers came back from a neighboring country after only 90 days and made a ton of money.
Besides, they were about 3,000, mostly innocent people killed.
Make you be crazy. Some people no problem, some people big problem.
It makes people feel like Superman, but only in the beginning.
From smoking/injecting, one tablet to ten is often only a matter of weeks or a few months.
It's not true that some people don't have problems; the dosage is increasing after a short period of time. That's damaging a lot.
You're Thai and you read all the news in Thai. But you do not seem to understand that they often feed you with wrong information.
Yinn, never trust the government. The golden rule.

My gf was taking 10 tabs a day when I first met her.
Much more popular than cannabis.
But it's not certain this was the guy in the OPs problem.
More likely he was banging them both (30yo and 14yo) and got upset when they left.
A situation even more common that drug taking, most village people consider the step-daughter a perk of taking on mom, it isn't even all that frowned upon.
Much more popular than cannabis.
Much more addictive than pot. Isaan seems to be THE place where almost everybody has access to Yaba.
About six months ago when I was purchasing a train ticket, a woman who must have been prostitute, offered me "song met" ( two pills) for 300 baht.
I said, yes I wanna buy some, but want to call my police friend to join me. And she ran away...
Lower Northeast is full with this drug and people with red fingers/hands.
Cops check their hands when they think people are abusing yaba.

If Thailand would have stopped Chinese people from entering the Kingdom, there wouldn't be huge numbers of infected people.
These people brought the virus straight from Wuhan and Thais let them travel until March.
Shouldn't there be rolling heads now???
On 13 January, the Ministry of Public Health announced the first confirmed case, a 61-year-old Chinese woman who is a resident of Wuhan. She had not visited the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market, but was noted to have been to other markets. She developed a sore throat, fever, chills and a headache on 5 January, flew directly with her family and a tour group from Wuhan to Suvarnabhumi Airport on 8 January, where she was detected using thermal surveillance and then hospitalised. Four days later she tested positive.[19][20][2]
Thailand's second case occurred in a 74-year-old woman who arrived in Bangkok on a flight from Wuhan on 17 January.[21] On 21 January, Nakornping Hospital reported a suspected case of a 18-year-old male patient who arrived in Chiang Mai from Wuhan with a high fever; his blood samples were sent to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok for further analysis.[22][23] His condition had improved according to an official statement released by Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital on 31 January.[24]
On 22 January, the MOPH announced two additional confirmed cases. The third was a 68-year-old man, a Chinese tourist as in previous cases.
The fourth case was the first case for a Thai citizen; a 73-year-old woman hospitalised at Nakhon Pathom Hospital [th] in Nakhon Pathom Province, arriving from Wuhan.[25][26]

Hospital care for foreigners
in COVID-19 Coronavirus
Posted
In the event of hospitalisation, I'm wondering the differences between being Thai and being a foreigner. Cost, level of care...
If you're talking about a government hospital, Thais will always have a better treatment. Cost, level or care depends on what hospital you chose.
Do you think a hospital would prioritise a Thai patient over a foreigner, where medically the foreigner would have a better chance of survival, for example, younger. Or does it all come down to who can pay?
If I were a Thai, I'd prioritize them to a guy who I can hardly communicate with. Unfortunately, do too many foreigners believe that they are better. They are not.
If you go to one of these real expensive hospitals, you can easily lose a million habt if it's something serious.
If you'd bribe a doctor to have an extra eye on you, yes you could have a much better treatment. But please don't't bet on it.
