I would like to get an air rifle to shoot aluminum cans off the fence behind my house.   It was something that I used to do back home to relax and I have a perfect spot for it here.

In the States,  we have a vast selection of air rifles/pellet rifles, but in Thailand it looks like there are restrictions as far as total power.

I'd prefer not to get a CO2  cartridge arrangement.  I'd prefer a spring piston (the kind where you cock a lever or the barrel) and it sets a strong spring.

not sure if this will take a .177 pellet too, or just a bb?

Any other places that might have some other options that you all could suggest?

I have a couple of exhausted 12v lead acid batteries that I'd like to get rid of in a responsible manner.   I am near bangkok.   Anybody know the protocol for such things?

Looks like we've got a spinner style meter.   I think we'd hire somebody to set it up for us.    There is no way I am going to climb up on my roof.

Not sure the KWH... we are spending @ 3000baht a month.  We'll be here for the next 20 years.

I used to have a very basic off grid solar arrangement 12v for back in the USA. 

I am curious about establishing a grid tied set up for our residence here in the BKK  area, but haven't a clue who I should contact.  

Any info on a place where I can get the info to do the math to see if it will be cost effective for us over here.

Hi all,

I have a non Imm 0 visa and my 90 days expires on the 5th (tomorrow)    We were going to go to the immigration office about half an hour from here today on our motorbike,   but it looks like we are going to get a rainstorm   and the traffic is dangerous.

I am wondering if I will be in harms way if we wait until monday the 7th to do my next 90 day extension or if they can work around that?

Does anybody know?

That is right.. Initially,  I had a 90 day deal that my thai embassy back home a-ok'd.  Then I got a 12 mo visa with 90 check ins.   

Hello all,   I was hoping you could clear up some confusuion I have re my Visa.    I have a non- immigrant O visa that is set to expire or renew in July.    Due to an unforseen circumstance,   My trip to the states which i HAD PLANNED to concide immideately after i RENEWED MY VISA  has been moved up.

Can I hasten my visa renewal and keep the 1 year renewal and just move it up a notch,   or is it set in stone that I must renew on the original 12 month aniversary?

We were hoping that by having a non imm O 12 mo visa,   I would face less issues to return to thailand rather than coming back on a tourist visa in the future.

Back home we like to use Molasses in our dishes instead of white sugar.   I looked for Grandma's or Brer Rabbit brand here, and it is Really expensive.    I noticed on Lazada,  there are lots of molasseses for gardening nd soil augmentation,  but i am thinking they are not unsulfured and probably not food grade.

Anybody know of a good food grade molasses that is maybe a thai brand?    You'd think that with all of the sugar cane here,   they'd have one..

There are many things that are illegal in thailand that happen all of the time.  Prostitution, Gambling, 

Drinking and driving, unlicensed driving...

  Before recreational was legal back in Oregon,  there were many doctors that would sign off on Medical use cards by simply conducting a 15 minute "examination" of the patient.    After that,  they were issued medical marijuana use certifications.  Weed cards.

    I wouldn't be surprised if that were to happen here.

It allowed for legitimately sick individuals to obtain weed,  and some that may not have been legitimately sick, but were willing to play ball as far as the statutes.

Marijuana is legal back in Oregon.   All drugs have been decriminalized there.   Unless somebody has intent to distribute,   Only big Pharma corporate interests are allowed to do that.

The Continental has a new Pattern for adv bikes the TKC70 Rocks pattern.

I had a question for you guys about Zanax and Triazolam...   these are medications I take back in the states and have run out of here due to the pandemic thing,  I am not able to go back to the us to get them,  because i may not be able to return to thailand with the restrictions.

Does anyone know if a thai pharmacy will honor a prescription from the states here?     I am totally out and would like to be able to refill.

Well, now we know why all of a sudden Thailand stopped getting new cases of Covid19. It is because they stopped counting it about the middle of Feb (Which is when the viral pneumonia cases in hospitals in Thailand skyrocketed.) So these Pneumonia cases are most likely from Covid19.

And no cases in india and only 3 in all of africa!   What are the odds?
