i am not saying your wrong or that this guy is good. i hope they get this lady. However I think that they are just referring to laws and regulations that pertain to national forests. Its quite possible that the reserved forest area was designated later.

Fair enough. And if it was designated later, that happened all invisible and quiet without any information whatsoever to the land owners?

     I  understand  alright.............stupidity personified

So, in your opinion an authority that doesn´t want or condone that people from other countries overstay their visas and permissions to stay is stupidity personified.

Ok, then you did not understand.

On the other hand, that´s just another filthy mess. Here it´s garbage that up for discussion.

Thawee said he bought the lands from local villagers in 1980 and that the announcement of a national reserved forest area took place only afterwards.

Then maybe he can quickly explain what is a fact below.

“The chicken farm encroaches on 41-1-59 rai of land in the national reserved forest on the left bank of the Phachi River under the National Reserved Forest Act 1964, and 4-3-81 rai of forest land under the Forest Act 1941,” said Attapol.

The Forest Act in Thailand was written 1941 as well as the National Reserved Forest Act 1964. And this man is insinuating something about 1980.

Have you seen all the news recently??? with large printed banners, an *obstinacy of Immigration officers pointing and grinning mindlessly at said banner, highlighting how their biometrics caught a 143 day overstayer, Thailand is now more safe !!!

Yes, that is great. That´s the way to go. Hopefully the banners are large enough to make people understand.

If your BB TPN MasterCard works with PayPal is not same as if it works when doing online shopping at every store or company using the card. Cards using TPN does not work same as cards not using TPN. Google it and you'll see. This is a well known fact. Several reports here and on online verifies that. I also have a Visa with no connection to TPN, and it never ever fails online in Thailand or abroad.

Oh dear, can we just stop it here! I advise you to read the OP. This thread is about using BB Debit Mastercard connected to Paypal for online purchases.

That works perfect! What ever else you are talking about I can not care less about. If BB Debit Mastercard do not work for paying online has to do with that the place selling ain´t offering paypal as an option. End!

I already know about the <deleted> on the beach, the poor immitation western food, the tasteless Thai food, and the foreign Conmen....doubt any of that has changed...just trying to find some good adult entertainment for a single guy.  Not really interested in where you and your "partner" go for coffee and hamburgers.

Yes, now you will get great fake entertainment with fake smiles and fake p***y´s if you ain´t watching out. Good luck and have a great time.

  7. As I have been working with tiling and construction before, I would say this can only be out of three reasons. First one most probable.

    1. They have been using moving parts (wood for example) in connection with the tiles. When that moves it creates a preassue that breaks the tiles.

    2. The wall behind has also been breaking, which points to bad foundation work.

    3. There is an opening behind and a big animal like lizard, snake or else have been breaking it. (least probable)

How do they view the world?

As they please. Probably same as you.

And do these people ever try to learn from their mistakes?

No, but that is not very different from other cultures either.

The essence of people complaining on mobile phone users. Usually above 60 not able to keep up with times. While I agree that many people abuse mobile phones they are great for many tasks and to keep one busy while on long trips in public transport. They keep people connected better then ever.

Applications like line and whatsapp can be used for business and to keep in contact with people all over the world. Games and forums are great to keep oneself entertained when waiting or to lookup data that is needed quickly.

People who complain usually can't use them cling old to old times. Though people have always read in trains now they just do it on their mobile phones. I took books when i commuted no different then taking a phone.

These selfie guys are of course crazy selfish people, but you don't need a mobile phone to be selfish. I actually like selfies or at least pictures of me my friends and family to remember things by. I recently discovered google photo a way to organise photo's and make sure you can find them back later. (what else is the point)

Not even 50 yet. I do keep up with times, and are using phones and computer in work on a daily basis. They are great tools.

As single traveller, sitting on the bus or train, I can surely condone the use of a mobile phone instead of magazines or books as you say. I do not agree with that they keep people connected better than ever. Today you use the word connected to symbolize a virtual world. people are not connected to each other, they just have multiple choices of communicating. In all other aspects this type of communicating, that unfortunately replaced real communication, is highly anti-social.

As I wrote already, great tools for work and quick for finding information. Unfortunately most people that use them, also missuse them. Only today, driving my daughter to school I saw 4 people while driving 7 km, that drove motorbike with one hand while clicking on the screen with the other. That´s just one example out of millions.
