The club was reported as illegal and not licensed. Close these clubs down and enforce inspections on the legal ones, but too many payouts to close any of these down. Police would not be happy.

Any info on buying seeds online? Is it legal to put your condo as the "ship to address"? Or would it be better to ship to a Thai persons address? I have a green thumb and would love to have a couple of plants growing in my house and outdoors. I talked to one shop in CM, High Queen, and they recommended SeedsMan.com ... can others recommend other note worthy seed shops to order from? A Thai friend gave me a CR seed shop, but they only have feminized seeds and no AutoFlowering seeds ... Are there other Thailand seed shops?

How will new 'red' plates be handled? These are re-used when given out after buying a new car / truck. New motorcycles do not always get a "red" plate when bike is first bought. This is province (or city??) dependent (Bangkok - no, Pattaya - yes, ... ). If no plate then ??? Can we all assume any tickets sent in the mail prior to this getting posted in the Gazette are just fire starter? When we foreigners move we must update our license address (or re-register our cars / motorcycles) when going to a new province - get a new province plate. Thai's do not have to so how will this be enforced for Thai's?

I think 1 way to stop some of the "tech" immigration is to cutoff the piggy-back immigration; the ability that these tech workers can bring their parents and other family over after they have gotten their green-cards. A lot of what you say is true, but I feel you have this backwards about Chinese / India immigrants. The India immigrants I knew in the tech world would not go back to live in India and had a hard time going back to visit family there. The Chinese in tech I always felt they were more loyal to their mother country. Huwei engineers and others. Keep in mind that regarding "tech" workers most have finished graduate degrees in the US. And only the very top 1-2% of graduate students from China / India end up going to US graduate programs.

Checkout "Yellow Pug" in CM. You can buy some weed and Craft Beer at same place. Although, they didn't know the % THC of the weed they sold. Maybe you can smoke outside ... I'm not sure.
