  1. Thanks MrSquigle, I went to Bkk at the weekend and managed to find one in the kids/toy section of Central Mall. I got him the large one which fits a twin matresse, didnt come cheap though. Even with the 20% discount it still cost just over 30,000 Baht and I still have to get him matresse, bed sheets etc. They are however delivering it to Korat for less than 1000Baht aswell. I just hope he will sleep in it now lol

  2. Ephedrine, which I dont think you can get hold of in Thailand very easily because its what they used to use as pills down at the full moon partys. That works wonders but is very dangerous as it basically raises your heart rate without you doing anything so once you add in exercise get on a tread mill and read your heart rate, the rate you get is scary.

One you can get is Clenbuterol, google it

  3. But the grass roots level is all wrong. From April to end of August. Kids/adults can play as the goals are up.I i know i play) Then after August the local councils take them down to make way for cricket. But if you walk/drive around. There is not much cricket getting played. When the goals are up. There are 100's of kids playing in my local park. When they go down. There is not much action happening. These are issues that must be addressed.

Yeah that is a big problem, its the same where i grew up. When the football goals are up its fine but as soon as there taken down you have to find other places to play. This usually ends up with most of the kids climbing over the local school gates and playing in the schools which can lead to all sorts or trouble. Once when I was about 13 we was playing down our local field with jumpers as goal posts when someone noticed that the football cabin was unlocked. To cut it short we took out the 5 aside goals and some corner flags and even the stretcher (dont know why) We set up the pitch was playing for about half an hour when the police turned up arrested us all and we all spent a good 4/5 hrs in a police cell.

  4. Might be the same price as the Uk with a 70% discount, that stuff is expensive in Bkk. However the quality is great and we are taking a trip to Bkk next weekend so we will check it out as our 14month year old is already growing out or his 2-3 year old clothes lol

  5. We have an SB Furniture store in Korat but they dont have any kids beds. We always stay next to MBK when we go to Bkk so I will have a look there and I guess I should try all of the other apartment stores. There must be a littletikes racing bed somewhere in Bkk, the hunt is on.

  6. A friend of mine has recently gone back to the UK for a family visit and has purchased two mobile phones that have been locked to the 3network. One is a Nokia 6680 and the other a Nokia N70. Would it be possible to get these unlocked in thailand and use them with a thai sim card?

  7. Same old story, looks like will be competing for 4th spot now with Man City, Everton, Villa and Portsmouth. Now were this far behind Rafa will prioritise the Champ League and FA Cup. I think hes going to need a minimum of 4th spot and either the Champ league or FA cup in the trophy cabnet to keep his job this summer.

  8. I think its about time for the little man to have his own bed. Hes only 14months and had been in our bed since birth but I think if we keep his bed in our room or even next to our bed he should sleep in it. To make it even more appealing to him Ive been thinking about getting him little car or train bed. Ive been looking all over the internet and there are two options. One is to buy a premade one, normally made out of plastic, you can get them on Amazon or any of the big websites. The other option is to purchase some plans and try and make a wooden one myself.

I live in Korat and I know I cant get hold of on of the plastic types here but maybe I can in Bangkok. I think the cost of the bed, then the shipping and then the extra tax would cost a fortune. Has anyone noticed these type of car beds in any of the shopping centers in Bangkok?

Failing getting one of these Little Tike plastic ones I will get some plans off the internet and try and find a carpenter as I dont have the equiptment or skill to build one myself.

  9. I tried adding a guest account to my pc but before I could add one I was prompted to first add a computer administrator account. I quickly created one of those along with my guest account. Now I only have the two accounts, what about my original account I have always used with my custom setup and all my shortcuts and folders on my desktop. Is there anyway to get my original user account back. I have tried deleted the guest account which works but I am unable to get rid of this new computer admin account. Any suggestions would be great.

  10. I tried getting my son in his cot straight away but the comments I got from my wife were, if he sleeps in a cot you get up and look after him when he cries. Ok then he can stay until hes 3 months, ok 6 months, ok 1 year lol Hes just turned 13 months and we a planning to move house and when we do I think I will let him stay in our room although I will buy him his own small bed that I will try and make him stay in. My son likes to sleep crawl, kick and headbutt!

  11. Ive just come back from a trip to the Uk and we took both bottles of milk aswell as bottles of Hot water. Leaving thailand there was no problem, leaving Heathrow I was asked to taste all of the bottles, yum yum. There wasnt really much of a need for the hot water as the flight attendance would make up the bottles for them when we asked.
