Hate to sound like my father, although as I got older I finally appreciated his 2 years in a POW camp, but kids can be too woke these days and very naive! One thing when I traveled as a young man 19-21, I was always aware of my surroundings and who I was with, drugs can cut through that alertness protection, not to say he is on drugs, but things are not always what they appear to be. I hope he is going safe and sound

It says money will go towards insurance and helping tourists ….not a chance, this is a cash grab for corrupt civil servants???????????? If it was for insurance to help tourists they would explain exactly how that would work because they would have put a budget together based on projected income vs what it would cover????another political scam to fill the wrong pockets???????????? They could at least try and help the poor Thais who were hurt so badly by the pandemic????But no, it’s typical Thailand where the rich get richer????

I think the private jets will be lined up at the airport full of wealthy big spending tourists from Mars who are immune to Covid, immune to BS, immune to lies and ready to share their wealth with Thailand????????????????????????????????????????????????

Thailand does right insisting on a test on people coming from there!

How many people in Thailand would test positive if they test huge numbers? It’s endemic, live with it and move on, by the way I was in the hospital for something else and not busy and certainly not full of Covid cases! Check your news source and you might get a different perspective.

They will be fine as long as they don’t forget to do their 90 day reports????
