Swedish family raised 735.000 SEK to fly young woman home
EdrigoSalvadore replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
There are a lot of other "red lights" about it, which is why extra scrutiny is required. I can list some of them, she's a porn actress, with a large debt in Sweden, and her boyfriend is a fugitive from Norway, where he owes a large amount of money, and supposed to be in prison. Many people have the theory that she wasn't in a motorcycle accident, but something else happened, such as a drug overdose or a problem during plastic surgery. -
Swedish family raised 735.000 SEK to fly young woman home

It's a suspicious story, with the hospital denying they treated her, and police didn't hear about the accident as well. Nothing about in the thai news. Did the accident happen the way they say? Fishy. -
Do you have faith in the Royal Thai Police?
EdrigoSalvadore replied to Mika78's topic in General Topics
My own experience, is that the police don't do anything for free, unless you can offer them a cute girl and offer to go on a date with them. Policeman told me, it's 5000 thb for their service, or 3000 THB if my woman friend can go on a date with him. My friend gave her number to the police so I saved some money. Problem was the police really wanted that date, and she got some problems because of it. -
It's most likely a scam. So many things don't add up about this. The family refuse to show any evidence at all. Police in Koh Samui has not heard about the accident. Hospitals on the island has heard about the accident. The girl has a large unpaid debt in Sweden. She don't have any address in Sweden. The only source of information is the mothers own word.

I don't know. We might have different life styles.

Arcadia Condominium, near to the swimming pool. No cameras in the outside areas either, but they could track the foreigner to which condo he stayed at. There were multiple witnesses around.

Copied my text from another post. "I got kicked in the head by a foreigner a few years ago, while I was sitting down drinking ice tea. I thought he came over to say hi, but he kicked me in my head similar to a free kick in soccer. I got a measly 20k THB, while my medical exam was about 13k, and the police in the station wanted 5k just to open the case. I'm pretty sure the assailant also paid the police to let it go. I contacted a bunch of lawyers and all of them told me let it go. One big law firm wanted 30k THB just to attend the police meeting for two hours. I will never report anything to the police again. A month ago in Jomtien three thai guys on a Honda wave came from behind of me, and tried to get my phone. They pulled my arm, and I strained my shoulder fighting them off. It was directly below a 360 surveillance camera. I went to the police station and tried to report it, but because I didn't let them take my phone police weren't interested at all, and was even laughing at me." I've had multiple motorbike helmets stolen, my mirrors broken, my motorbike tipped over, a fat unknown girl punch me in the balls. I never drink, am never rude to anyone and no drugs. Pattaya is full of drunks and drugged up people, anything can happen.

Where would you retire -- if money wasn't an issue?
EdrigoSalvadore replied to gargamon's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Probably on a huge sail boat, with my own staff. -
They told him he must buy a ticket to his home country in Scandinavia. They said he spent too much time in Thailand. He's been doing border bounces, and covid extensions for two years. He said he saw several other foreigners being sent back as well. Are they tightening? I'm doing a border bounce to Vietnam in about a week...
