Is it common to have a faulty meter? I se about 425 units each month in my 40 sqm apartment, which only I stay. I do use a lot of air conditioner and boil a bunch of water and use a laptop too. Is it possible my meter can be broken? I have my air conditioner on 25 degrees Celsius.

Something similar happened to me last week in Rangsit. I visited a teenage student Chinese girl, and when we're about to sleep, a Chinese man entered her apartment and came into her bedroom. Supposedly to assault her. When he saw me in her bed he turned around and left. She had given him her passcode to the door previously when she needed help with something. She refused to go to the police about it. I changed her passcode, provided her with some self defense weapons and that's it. The guy apologized to her said he was too drunk.

I think the people still suffering in the hospital might need it more, especially the foreigners who can't pay the hospital bills.

I did CT scan in Pattaya city hospital a few months ago on my brain. I believe the cost was about 7000.

I would not even bother going to the police. In my experience it is a very humiliating and pointless ordeal.

Yes I reported it. The police took care of everything for me. I was surprised they did not lock him up, because he tried to kill me. They did not drug test him even he was clearly on drugs.

I was attacked by a foreigner about a month ago too. I sat down and he came to me and kicked me in my head. I had never seen that man before. I got payout of 20000 thb, but my CT scan and hospital bill was 13000. I still feel dizzy. He still walk free in Pattaya. Be careful, Pattaya is dangerous.

Yes he should, but that process is not easy to navigate. I didn't have any obvious injuries as well.

Last week a friend of mine was sitting on the pavement outside a large condominium in Pattaya. An unknown foreigner about 26 years old came walking to him and kicked him brutally in the back of head and then casually walked away without saying a word. The police caught him and he confessed, he had to pay 20000 thb fine, but the hospital cost was about 10000, and he still have concussion. Pattaya is definitely getting more dangerous.
