Is the reason really relevant? If you bothered reading I said i would be in the area in October. Maybe it is inconvenient for me to go in February. Naturally I have a valid reason or I would not ask. I was hoping some nice person would answer.

My non o from Savannaket expires in November but I will be in the area in October. Does anybody know if I can go earlier than the date and if I do whether my visa will be from day of application or day of expiry of the old one. I do know I can do a border run and get another 90 days but am thinking about not using that option.

The Thais put crazy prices like 50 baht for things worth much more. When you enquire, knowing the initial price is too small, they state a price 40 plus times what they listed. I just wonder what logic makes them think this is an effective marketing strategy. They think byvwasting peoples time they can get a sale.

The descriptions seem to miss the fact that most people want to see where some poor girl is so warm that she must undress. They were trying to block of the beach so you could not get through. They shut the gate to the beach but the locals would just smash it down again. The security guards would come and tell me to get out but I would say no because it is a public beach. In my opinion got what they deserved. It is an amazing place and worth a walk along the beach to look at it. I think the expressionis kitsch. There is nothing to match it in bad taste. The Chinese tourists loveit.

Some pretty dumb comments here. Only certain religous groups take vows of poverty. Western priests can be millionaires and still be priests. My brother in law is a monk. Him and my wife's sister own property, have children and grand-children. He was just drinking himself to death so went to the temple to stop drinking. There is not much other choice in Thailand if you have drug or alcohol problems except the Temple.
