A bizarre post that make me think you are doing this for fun. It’s called rule of law., You vilify Biden for not using his Constitutional powers to mount an intervention to protect a guilty family member when if he did what you demand, pardoning him then, you would call it corruption. You should resign from the forum comrad.

The spasm of violence that will erupt from MAGA when Trump loses is a wild card but this time the Capitol will be ready for it. Nothing like what will occur if Trump wins and implements his planned reign of "vengeance and retribution". With no worries about re-election, immune from prosecution, and the Jan 06 brownshirts unleashed on the country. In the short term we are screwed either way and I'm not gonna be setting foot there until from Dec 31 to at least March 2025.

Captain Monday replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Korea Started K-ETA a few years back I think late part of covid ,then later made it optional for 22 countries include US until December 2024 Thai authorities might wonder if their wonky app rollout is just in time to crash High-Season? I predict this will be delayed. -
New travel rules: Thailand’s ETA to shake up visa-free visitors
Captain Monday replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Relax. Not much of a shakeup. When almost every country has already or planning. ESTA EITAS, K-ETA. 🇰🇷 Easy Peasy. Japan coming in 2030 according to this week news. A real shakeup would be Thailand mounting a modern border management system like Singapore and get rid of immigration chops. Not in my lifetime. -
That looks like one of the Bully variants the pittie cult claims are safe, as any aggression has been bred out of them. Complete nonsense. The owner knows and admits the dog is dangerous and he cannot or will not control it. Anything that happens on the walks, or if it gets out is 100 percent his responsibility. He should then be held responsible at court as if he knowingly inflicted the bites and mauling himself.

You know that, just sitting there as dead money. Too much hassle to draw down to 400k for a few months 2008 to early 2010s I was getting a nifty interest rate on BKK bank fixed accounts US CD not worth the bother Been enjoying flipping CDs online ar Schwab for the past year or at around 5 percent. The exchange rate no different, about 34 to the dollar. Thailand Yeah!

Don't worry about the confused emoji. 90 percent trolling behavior, the remainder dullardry and poor reading comprehension skills.

At least they can control them in public. I think they are getting into Akita dogs too The issue where I stay a few days a month in US is mainstreaming of the pittie cult. The shelter are full of them so many well meaning people and suburbanites. When I take a walk half the dogs it seems now are bull variants. 97 pound hipster girls who cannot control them on a lead, Karen’s bringing them into shops, Airports or my condo building, etc. The tattooed thugs with a snarling beast with studded collar, “look at me I’m so dangerous, so is my dog” Easily avoided

It is a rhetorical trick they use to compensate for their bias, and ignorance. Every 10 years or so they can drag up a story about a GSD, lab or even Irish Setter who mauled their owner or child to death. It is almost monthly in the US now. Always a ”pittie” or variant. These people who keep time bombs in their homes are hopeless.
-
Now you are conflating culture with genetics. I dont know if there is evidence that criminality passes as genetic trait in humans. But If one switched a known Terrorist’s infant son from Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza with an infant from any other place they would assume completely different roles, based on upbringing , circumstances, and life experience. Obviously, you know nothing about dogs. Animals that have been bred for centuries for different traits and behaviors. These dangerous breed dogs are already restricted and are time bombs in any home. If you happen one of the pit-bull cult members well that is a wall of ignorance no logic or reason can penetrate and I give up already.
-
This is not even a good straw man. You conflate human rights with animal rights, legal entitlements to protect them from injury or abuse. These dogs are not doing anything comparable to human terrorism or violence. Only innocently following their instincts or training. That is why if one is to go into some backyard yard and shoot a dog you are not charged with murder, but with animal cruelty *in most jurisdictions. Then one would also have to compensate for loss of the livestock value. Owners need to be held accountable for the actions of their dangerous livestock. 'There was a horrible case on the US territory of Guam a few years ago when felony charges against some dog killing maniac were dismissed because the local courts did not have the legal frame work in place to prosecute. https://www.zanesvilletimesrecorder.com/story/news/local/2021/01/22/puguas-law-signed-gov-lou-leon-guerrero/6668221002/

First offense - heavy fine, or jail Two bites -tried for assault with a deadly weapon as if the owner inflicted the wounds himself. Humane destruction Fatal attack. Put owner in a cell to be bitten and mauled by police dogs on the extemities to a degree owner is put in hospital with serious bite wounds. Then trial for first degree murder.
-
Yes any dog can “bite” but the vast majority of fatal attacks come from the bully breeds( don’t start with the rhetoric, please). The remaining percentage just about any large breed. What the pits and bully's all posses is a fundamental difficulty to train, unpredictability, and in some bloodlines that quality of so-called ”gameness”. That what makes them want to attack and fight to the death with just about any other dog or animal they encounter. A fundamental defect of temperament that makes them time bombs in any home. Go online you can find videos of pitties attacking draft horses and bison. They are insane. My parents graduated from GSDs to Giant Schnauzers, which have even more intimidating teeth, savage black lips, and LOUD barks. A GSD might rarely bite a kid to “correct” it in the pack, but to hang on and maul a family member to death very rare. Most of them really don’t have it in them to be police dogs. A behavior that has to be trained. Training makes it a game for them. Interesting article regarding influences behind the pit-bull cult. https://www.animals24-7.org/2022/04/24/15-years-ago-michael-vicks-pit-bulls-killed-the-humane-movement/

Far. Just a price comparison and explanation of the treatment process whilst seeing a recommended and trusted provider. I only deal with noted experts when it comes to my elective health care. I got my root canal in Japan during covid. It lasted 4 years before pain and infection. set in. Not saying it is their fault but as for my dentist in US, UCLA trained, well she was never impressed with what she saw on the x-Ray. Neither was the oral surgeon in SM.

Swedish Man Scammed by Thai Woman, Loses Over 300,000 Baht
Captain Monday replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Getting married to a Thai sounds like an expensive way to get a visa for a lovesick Swede. I always heard they were hot then I met a bunch of Swedish au-pairs in US. Overweight, smoking, not very demure -
I had my first root canal front tooth, lasted four years before it had to go Implant in now. Same day extraction and and implant from oral surgery specialist in Santa Monica No bone graft, You have to have good bone to qualify for this procedure. 4 months later come back for another xray to check Then back to regular dentist to replace the temp tooth with permanent Problem. One impant is $4500 USD! The permanent tooth is another cost.

Interesting. I thought these laws were archaic like "Seduction” but.. This topic has nothing to do with the US. In Thailand it is fraud and computer crime. Good luck to Ahmet Mohammedsson, in getting his monies back He must be dumber than a ”rutabaga”, what we call em in USA. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/breach_of_promise Breach of promise, although not actionable in most jurisdictions, is a breach of a promise to marry another; in other words, it is a broken engagement. It is a tort against the breaching party. The principle of breach of promise treats the promise to marry as an enforceable contract which may entitle the non-breaching party to receive damages. However, such an action has been barred in most of the jurisdictions and does not give rise to a valid cause of action. For example, the California Civil Code § 43.4 provides that “A fraudulent promise to marry or to cohabit after marriage does not give rise to a cause of action for damages.” Similarly, Title 23 of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes provides that “All causes of action for breach of contract to marry are abolished”. A similar provision abolishing a cause of action arising out of a claim for breach of promise is also provided in § 80-A of Consolidated Laws of New York. -
