  1. Don't tell me, let me guess, is it GG?
  2. Just so you know, many of us have been there, or are still............ ston·er /ˈstōnər/ noun noun: stoner; plural noun: stoners; suffix: -stoner 1. informal a person who regularly takes drugs, especially marijuana. "I was a real stoner when I was a teenager" 2. British a person or thing that weighs a specified number of stone. "a couple of 16-stoners" .
  3. You were an experiment? That would surely explain some things.
  4. You didn't answer his question correctly. All children in Thailand are required to attend school for 9 years.
  5. Many people never have control. It's something learned in childhood, and if you have an absent father, only the mother can teach you unless you have another male family member around a lot. At 15 a girl is just beginning to become a young woman, and her brain is nowhere near developed enough to make a good rational decision as far as giving her most precious thing, her body, to anyone. This is why there are hundreds of thousands of unwanted pregnancies every year, with children that end up without fathers and sometimes mothers also, and the kids are left with grandma, who might not be in the position to be a full time caregiver and teach those girls the ways of the world, and what to expect from a man when she's older.
  6. That's true, but at 15 they still haven't the knowledge and intelligence to stop having sex, as this shows how many unintended pregnancies from 15-19 happen, and how many under 15 also..............https://www.thaipbsworld.com/teen-pregnancy-in-thailand-decreasing-but-the-issue-remains-complicated/
  7. You're describing a large percentage of farangs in Thailand. You can never tell about a persons demeanor by their look, although sometimes they do look like criminals. Still has no bearing. Look at Ted Bundy, one of the most prolific serial killers of women of all time. The way he got women to believe him, to get in his car, was he had a normal, everyday look and a smile. The same with Jeffrey Dahmer. I have know a few guys that were good getting women to go with them, and they were just users, but they had a way that worked for them, and it was that they listened to the women, made no judgements and knew how to charm their victims, which a player's target are. The same goes for fooling children.
  8. You say you're from Australia, and I'm guessing a born English speaker and schooled that way? Then saying you're an "academic and much intellectuallly gifted" doesn't sound like it. Part of a higher intelligence is correct grammar and spelling correctly, besides typo mistakes. You can usually tell if a person is intelligent after reading their posts over a time period, so that last post, along with quite a few more, leaves a lot to be desired.
  9. True, and what you see daily on the news is the endgame from those absent fathers.
  10. Tops in Central, or wherever you might find them, have some pretty decent tomatoes. yellow and red cherry tomatoes, which aren't too bad, especially in a salad. I'm from New Jersey, so I've had the about the best you can find. The local ones aren't great for salad, but most are used for somtam so the heat makes most of it taste the same anyway. I've been finding more farang foods but mostly online, like Villa, Paleo, Tops, etc, but they do cost. The cukes aren't the greatest either, but not that bad.
  11. Had mine at 60, same with me. She's a very bright kid. Speaks fluent Thai and pretty good English, for now. Her mom wasn't the most honest kind, and took her 4 times from me until I had to file for a divorce to get her back. Now she's with me more of the time, as her mom seeks another farang in Germany. I can only hope. Kids need their dads, especially the girls. They don't have that, they spend a lifetime looking for that daddy that's perfect, and never find him in a mate.
  12. Sent you a message about the music
  13. I said the experts who've said people can't remember at ages 2-4 are wrong. The authors books I've read are proven and well known experts in psychology. And that kid should be taken as soon as he can arrange a deal, because he can give her a better life than that wife can. He can stay here until that happens
  14. I posted the links to show the most important years in a person's life are 0-5. The links proved this. You said you can't remember anything at age 2-4 or so. I can, as can millions of other people. What you can't do has no bearing on what others can. Studies don't capture all people. Just some. Yes, some people have false memories, and I explained a little why this is so. Many people can remember what happened to them , as I did, at age 2. It doesn't matter what some "experts" say. They're wrong, and anyone who believes everything that is written is naive.
  15. As I can also. I remember being in a play, on stage, and peeing in my pants in kindergarten,
  16. My memory is just fine. Thinking of all the books I read, most of them in the years 1996-2000 isn't easy. Continuing that reading with countless articles, almost daily, on the same subjects, plus depression and narcissism, is quite a lot of reading, along with other books on nutrition, hunting, fishing and other real things, and some fiction. Remembering what was in them is more important than their names, and knowing they were (are) at the top of their trade in psychology. In case you're wondering about my memory, I have about 40,000 cd's, and can remember most of the songs, and much of the lyrics in a large majority of them. This is because, again, music is a thing I'm passionate about. I read the books, know what's in them, and have no reason to lie, because anything I've said can be backed up by research.
  17. How am I desperate? I posted links, just as you did, and I can continue for days doing the same, but if you're not going to open your mind and think you might be a tad wrong on this, you'll never see the forest for the trees. It's called growth.
  18. I've read most of the books by Gary Smalley, Doctor Dobson, John Gray, Dr. Laura, Dr. Les Carter, and a host of others I can't recall just now. If you name an author from the 80's through the early 2000's, I probably read them, along with articles daily from many psychologists. I don't claim to do anything I haven't. I don't care what you think because it means nothing. You can read what I linked but I'm sure you won't because as I've said, some people will believe one or two that write something they like, and think it's gospel. I read everything I can find on a subject and then make a decision based on most of them saying the same things, what sounds logical and I can prove in my own experiences.
  19. I'm sorry you see that, as it's actually you that are fighting a lost battle. I'm sure you haven't read anything I posted, and like many others, only skim through and see what they want to see. I'm not trying to be an expert. I just know a lot about certain things, and only argue when I'm right about one, and I can prove my side, as I have. Some people are naive and closed minded, and believe what a person says because it fits their narrative and lifestyle, even though they are living a lie. An example is those many hundreds of thousands who believed Hitler was the way and the light, even though right in front of their eyes he was a sick, very disturbed drug user who hated people because he came from a hurtful childhood, and saw Jews as inferior.
  20. I never said false memories aren't real, and yes, everyone has them. I said, people can, and do, remember from their young childhoods, like I stated, and throughout the years, when talking to people about memories, just like this discussion, have had all of my friends say the same things, that they also remembered when thy were very young, ages from 2 through 7. From your link, "ResearchTrusted Source suggests people who have a history of trauma, depression, or stress may be more likely to produce false memories. Negative events may produce more false memories than positive or neutral ones. Like I also said, I was raised with love and care, and no abuse, neglect or spoiling, so it's easier for those like me to remember things that actually did happen, and not have the need to make up false memories nor have them happen by chance. In a depressed persons mind, those who have actual depression, when you ask them about their childhood and years throughout their lives, they will likely tell you more negative than positive things, even if their lives were mostly positive. This is because a person who has depression accentuates the negative, as they are living in a world they see as a negative place.
  21. It might be best for you to refrain from trying to outdo someone with obviously a lot more knowledge on this subject. I reiterate, just because you don't remember things when you were very young, doesn't mean others don't also. I can go on and on about things when I was very young but since you're calling me ignorant, which I'm not, and a liar, which I'm not , especially about things I know, you're acting the part of a fool who only goes by her own experience, is showing, obviously by prejudice, that you think a mother is more important than a father, which they aren't if all things are equal, and that you base your argument on one or two links you seem will sway my thinking, which they don't, as I've heard it all before, and again, base my replies on facts that are easy to find.
  22. So you'll understand better. I never lie about things I'm knowledgeable about. Things I argue a point on, because without knowledge you're just pissing in the wind. I don't lie about hunting or fishing. I don't lie about women, as in bragging about conquests because that is childish. I have a code I follow, and I don't break that code. Another link for you............https://files.firstthingsfirst.org/why-early-childhood-matters/the-first-five-years
  23. Please stop trying to rebut what I'm saying. I'm telling it exactly how it is. Like I said, my mom was amazed what I remembered, and didn't need to tell me anything because I'm the one who told her. I do not make opinions because they mean nothing. I don't reply unless I have knowledge and experience on a subject, as that would be futile. Just because you don't remember what you did at ages 1-5 doesn't mean everyone else doesn't also. Another link, although being stubborn doesn't allow o a person to grow. Best to take time to research, like I do.......https://www.healthline.com/health/parenting/first-seven-years-of-childhood#In-the-first-years-of-life,-the-brain-rapidly-develops-its-mapping-system
  24. I hunt, fish, nature walk, photography, read books, weight training, music and movies, and do these constantly, besides hunting , which isn't allowed here, and is one reason I'm going back home asap.
