It isn't what a man is known for doing, as in changing tires,cutting down trees or hauling wood. It's how a girl sees her dad treat her mom, and her, while she's growing up. A father is extremely necessary in teaching the girl how to relate to males in her life. Anyone can teach a girl most anything about what to wear, periods and such. A man can't teach her how to be a woman, as a mom can't teach a boy how to be a man. They can only try their best and hope there's another gender role model around, because learning things from friends or in the streets can be a disaster. It all depends on how you take care of yourself throughout your life, with those genetics as exceptions. Some people do everything wrong and live to 104. Some do everything right and die at 38. Sad, unfair and pretty much bull**it, but that's how it is.

Though fairly true, they do need both for the ages from birth to 5, which are the most important years in your life, and where you learn most of what life is about. A girl needs a father more in her life than her mother, but not having a mom hurts them also. How a female relates to other males is taught by her father. This will be the most important thing in her life as she looks for a mate, which is why most of us are here. Also a father is usually the main provider, protector and role model for a girl. God (for those who believe) made two parents for a reason, and when one is absent, the child suffers, unless they have a good substitute for the missing parent available much of the time.

That was a booboo. The average age for men is usually around 75 or so, but if you're not a smoker, heavy drinker and are healthy, you can get into your 80's fairly easily. Of course genetics does happen, but not always .

I only had my daughter on weekends until her mom left last year for 9 months, so she only heard Thai most of the time. When she stayed with me those 9 months, her English soared. Now again my ex is going to Germany to stay 3 months with her new boyfriend so I'll have her all the time, except when she's in school, when she again hears only Thai besides one English class where they learn little.

I've taken very good care of myself all of my life, but yet you never know when you will pass. When my daughter is 18 I will be 78, which is still almost 8 years before the average life span anyway. I'm actually hoping I live to see her have children, which might be when she is around 23 or so, but again, you never know. What drove me to have a child at 60 was sex with her mom. Things happen.

Only a couple people from here actually know me, and they are my friends. I show what I am by what I say, at least a little amount. I'm not pompous by any stretch. In fact, I've been humbled long ago by time, it hurting my joints because I was a heavy lifting bodybuilder for so long, and now I'm paying for all of that. I know quite a bit about some subjects and very little about others, so a know it all doesn't describe me. A narcissist is easy to spot, but many are reluctant to admit they are. Some, like Trump, are malignant, and feel the need to brag to cover their low self esteem. Some, like my ex wife, are covert narcissists, and suck you in with love bombing until they have you trapped, and then the claws come out, using silent treatment as a weapon to hurt you, very often just because they are feeling bad about themselves. They will cheat on you and blame you, hit you and say you made me, all because they were mad at themselves or others. Many will disagree with anything you say, just to cause an argument, and call you names because they are still like the 5 year olds that were neglected, abused or spoiled when they were with their parents.

Agree with all but the tattoos. Some like certain tattoos because they are an expression of how they look at life.

Too much oil isn't good if you're looking to stay lean, as they add fat calories. but in moderation it is okay. I don't drown my cooking in oil, but here I do see that happen, so it's not good. Eating too much rice is the problem here, especially with those diabetic prone.

As is the rest of the free world. 5 of my 6 children (so far) have tattoos, and they are all doing well, free, in relationships and are good kids. I'm the oddball not having any. My dad had one also. Tattoos have nothing to do with what kind of person you are, unless they signify violence or gang related.

Been working out 50 years, trained for almost 20 of them, certified in nutrition in 2 gym courses. Reading everything I can about nutrition all of this time, and maintained my weight with low body fat for all of these years. Oil is used here for most of the cooking yet they maintained a slim history until western foods were introduced. Combining all of the high carb rice with sugar and junk foods led this country to increase it's overweight and obesity level from very low to over 45% of the population. It isn't oil that has people gaining weight but sugars. Your body can't burned stored fat until it's sugar levels are lowered, as sugar is an easier source of fuel. Keep eating too many carbs and your body has to burn them first. Of course too much oil won't help your cause if you want to stay lean, the same for anything high fat. People who gain the most weight are high carb and high fat eaters. I use oil a lot, although it is olive more than seed oils, and keep the oil to a minimum because it is high calorie.

You just can't stay away can you? Shows a lot to any of us who are informed about your kind. I reiterate, look up empath, look up narcissist, and maybe, just maybe, you'll discover something about you that others see and you can't, or won't.

One rule of life is, you do not have any children if you are going to raise them and take care of them until they are able to take care of themselves. There are way too many deadbeat parents, especially here, that don't give a rat's ass about the children they make. He does, and you tell him to leave and not send back any support for the child he's created? This is why so many kids end up hurting others. They have no fathers to guide them, and some don't have mothers either. When you make a child, you do come first, but that doesn't mean the child is left out but the better you take care of yourself, the better you can care for others, and that child's needs, meaning the basic, do come first. You sacrifice things so the child has what they need. This is definitely from birth until they leave the house, and you still can help them afterwards. The only reason I'm still in this country is because I'm not ready to leave with my daughter. I would never leave her with a mother that thinks like my ex does, nor should he, knowing how she is now. Parents are the first teachers, and it's the father's job to ensure that child has a stable future. Leaving her here ensures she probably wont. He should try and make a deal with his wife, if money is involved so be it, to take his daughter from here, as he still has stability back home in a house. If she won't yet part with that child, he can wait, as a lot of moms here give their kids up for freedom or another man eventually. It's a bargaining chip for many. Just any brother, boyfriend or man is not a father figure, and in fact, the man most likely to molest a child is usually the step father or a family member or close friend. It isn't destroying his life doing what he can for his daughter. It's being a man.

Again, you are proven wrong, but again, I expect a comeback because you are ill informed and need to troll.

What women are attracted to is one main reason the world's population is 100 times more than it would be if they were smarter as far as picking mates. Of course this means men are to blame in how they treat women, but women always have the upper hand as far as what they allow to happen. Beta males, are the breadwinners, family men, husbands and fathers, and the best providers. Alpha males, pretty much narcissists, are what a lot of women are attracted to, this after generations of seeing what these alpha males do to them after the sex. I had a body as good or better than Buakaw until I was at least 57. Bad joints from overdoing things led me to lose some muscle and strength, but I'm still okay for almost 68. Difference is, I'm not on TV, and this is where a lot of problems start. Women see men on TV they would never look at in person and lose it. These are smart women. I've seen it countless times, some of my dates and 2 wives that commented on how a certain man looked on TV. One was Nicolas Cage, who, although he looked okay in Con Air, is, and has been on the edge of being strange looking. Brad Pitt, who has bad skin, is another one who's not as good as they make him sound. Tom Cruise is another. The list goes on. My own daughter used to comment on some stars until she got into her late 20's, and sees them now as looking quite like the kids she went to school with, who she didn't give a glance to then. Thai women are attracted to these men and most of them are going to use them and forget them afterwards. Tough guys here aren't as tough as they appear. You can see this every day on TV where 5 are chasing 1 down the street armed with sticks, and beating him when they catch him. These "men", who they see on lakorns slapping and hitting women are cowards who are afraid of hitting men, so they turn their anger on women. This of course happens all day long in real life. Attracted to this? Men who are world known as being lousy lovers, many not ever using foreplay and only romancing until they get that first sex. It is what it is.

Women are actually about 25% points behind men as far as participation in making income. Most of the gaps are in the Middle East, Russia, Mexico, some African countries and India. If all women disappeared, no more eggs , civilization ends. No more men, no more sperm, civilization ends. We need each other. Just better matches.

Your daughter will surely do better back home, but she's still pretty young so you have time. I'm going to bring my own daughter back to the states before she is 10, so she will fit in with the current curriculum in the school there. She's pretty good speaking English now, and I've been teaching her words, along with what she gets in school, which isn't much. For now, you can get a dependent visa, and stay until you can convince your wife to let your daughter go home with you. You are in the same kind of situation many here find themselves in. trusting you know your wife until things go wrong, and you feel stuck here. Once trust is lost, the relationship is gone, especially in a country where counseling isn't so prevalent, and women are less likely to go along with it to help the marriage. You're lucky you still have a house back home. I'll have to get a rent to own for a couple years, and then a mortgage again, all when I'm around 70. Not impossible by any means, but it will be a pain. Like you mentioned, her own family has told you how her parents were, and cheating is often learned at home, watching parents be disloyal. Kids know. You were never in any way responsible for any of her family debts, and can cut that off immediately. They will pressure you, and threaten, but since you're on the way out now, that doesn't matter anymore. If you divorce, you will get visitation, as fathers never get custody here unless it's given by the mom, or she's a drug dealer. They haven't a clue that dads are sometimes the better parent where a child is concerned. They see how most locals here are, and think foreigners are the same. This way, you can see your daughter (find a rental close by), see her every week (ask for more than they want to give, at least you can get weekends), and if your wife gets bored with raising your daughter, as happens quite a lot here, you can make a deal then.

It's actually how most people think, but some aren't willing to let on. Wanting things around that hurt others is sicko.

I have 5 girls and see nothing wrong with these boys as far as how they look. I'm not prejudiced against Thai men but would not like my daughter to marry one unless he proved himself over time, was gainfully employed, and since we are moving back to the states in about 2 years, he lived there and was around western thinking for quite some time. Bottom line though, you can't choose who your daughter falls in love with, and if you try to get in between, unless he's a dangerous felon, she will ignore your wishes and is more likely to gravitate towards him more. You can't always go by just how they look, because some rough looking men have proven to be good guys, while some feminine looking men have ended up as serial killers and rapists. Sometimes you can judge a book by it's cover, but not always.

Carbs, especially from rice, are why most are overweight now. They eat it every meal, in large amounts, and if you have diabetes, you're adding to the problem. Oil won't hurt unless it's in all of your cooking. Sugar, especially table sugar, will hurt you if you eat it all the time.
