  1. Digital is the way forward.
  2. I don't think the bank is interested, as long as it's delivered by fax.
  3. I note you edited your original post to remove go annoy someone else. Okay then, I've tried to help as have many others on this thread. Good bye and good luck. Ignore.
  4. You were provided that information already in the form of use the local internet cafe. But it's not free.
  5. Strange OP, to be honest. The answer has been provided in various forms but you're still not happy. Why didn't you mention your reluctance in the OP. There's no helping some people.
  6. So you'll have to pay a small fee either way whether using a digital service or going to the local internet cafe. What is it that you're actually looking for? A completely free service?
  7. That's interesting, but like you say, your bills do appear quite high for a very small 1-bedroom home. Two quick questions if I may, a) when was the last time the units were cleaned by a professional; and b) how long and at what temp(s) are you running the units?
  8. I recall the first fax service provided after the OP offered the first three pages free.
  9. I work in London, though WFH majority of time since lockdown. I send and receive faxes all the time on behalf of my employer, but there're no physical fax machines in the office or my home. Fax is now a hybrid of digital and analogue technology. I can send and receive faxes to/from a traditional fax machine with no issue. Alternatively, I can send and receive faxes to/from a digital service. There's a misconception these days that any mention of a fax means a dusty old machine spitting out A4 paper all day. All I see is an on screen pdf.
  10. What was last month's bill? Has the monthly bill been increasing since then? As previous poster mentioned, aircon units require regular maintenance.
  11. That's a royal pain and it's not like it's optional either. I suspect at least half of these so-called needier people are pulling fast ones and I've seen it with my own eyes, although I've never experienced anything of the sort in business class, which is surely down to available space, i.e. business class customers have no need to pull a fast one because there's no discernable benefit, whereas in economy... Not sure falling over on the travelator is EVA's fault, although appreciate you were obviously wound up by the earlier game of musical chairs.
  12. Sell them in the UK on your next visit. Not bullet proof, of course, but less chance of getting ripped off if you follow more reliable methods of security.
  13. Not a criticism, but the fast up button doesn't appear to add much to overall navigation. The 'Home' button does same thing, although appreciate not when the cursor is in the reply field. I subscribe to many online forums, and a fast up button isn't high on the list of upgrades for most.
  14. It's bloody annoying.
  15. Don't forget there are subscription sharing websites. Microsoft GBP 2.34 per month on the following website, but could probably find it cheaper elsewhere: Microsoft 365
  16. It's difficult to understand what the OP's question is. On the one hand the OP states they've 'a bunch of free space on other pages', then gets obsesses about the last two pages. If in doubt, get a new passport, surely?
  17. Some supposed slight. Don't worry about it.
  18. Another point that I take exception to. From personal experience, I find the vaccinated more prone to being struck down with Covid (I work in an office and the results are always the same).
  19. The vast number of lives saved is open to interpretation. Vaccine injuries and/or deaths aren't.
  20. If an Indian(s) approaches you in Thailand, then sure as night follows day, you're being lined up to be scammed (accepted 1/100 could be genuine request for help, i.e. directions). It starts very casual, but hang about for more than thirty seconds and they'll feed you the lure and you either bite or you don't.
  21. Not suggesting you've abused the fan, but did you ever clean it on regular basis?
  22. My wife and I were obviously exposed to Covid (nothing happened), but we weren't exposed to the vaccines. Happy to report no side effects from any of the vaccines or Covid19.
  23. Good stuff, but one has to let them do it in their own time.
