Interesting, i was always under the impression these yellow fever books had to be issued by 'authorities? Perhaps i'm wrong? I got mine ( and the injection ) at Laem Chabang port some time ago.

I've flown to a few different countries recently and i've not needed F2F for any of them, i think a thing of the past. One less piece of paper to worry about.....

But you could still test positive at your 'luxury hotel in Bangkok' and then what.......a 3 course styrafoam extravaganza......so same same but different. The % of people this happens to is very very low.

I was in Khao Lak in November ( that's where the worst of the Tsunami was ) and the locals there said this is much much worse. Hotel we stayed in had only about 10 rooms, street lights were mostly off and we only found one restaurant to eat at......and now it's worse!

Would call ahead at BPH and book appointment.
