  1. Well for private company it's clear that you have to provide something. But for companies listed on stock markets financial details are publicly available. It is very nice that your company provided that though. Are you still waiting for approval? Can you please share details later what is required for the work permit application?
  2. Have someone applied for the Work-from-Thailand-Professional category? What documents are needed if the company is publicly listed on the stock market - do we still need to provide something for "Audited corporate’s annual financial statement or financial report" or that is not required? By the way the topic of this post is incorrect. It should be Long Term Resident Visa and not Retirement. It would be nice if moderators can change it because it is misleading.
  3. You will get departed stamp in your passport when you pass immigration at the airport. If you pass before midnight you will not have an overstay.
  4. As far as I know the home isolation was allowed only on some places (e.g. Bangkok) only because there were not enough beds in hospitals. It wasn't your choice if you can do it or not. Secondly, there was always double standard and foreigners were treated differently than Thais. I had friend who was taken into hospital in January this year. I just hope this ended by now.
  5. Do you have some source for this? I was in Thailand in the beginning of this year and it was definitely required back then.
  6. If you want official explanation just contact your embassy. Otherwise you better upload stamps from the longer period as I have suggested.
  7. Does it mean that when someone has Covid in Thailand they will no longer lock him up in a hospital?
  8. My understanding is that they would like to see stamps in your passport for the past 12 months prior to last international trip. Let's say the last trip was in May 2022, past 12 months would be all stamps since May 2021. It is better to upload more than less I would say.
  9. Boarding pass you usually get after check-in, which sometimes you can do online or at the airport. You should get a flight ticket with booking number which is required to check-in.
  10. In one field of the application you have to provide all stamps from the passport from past 12 months. They will clearly see that the applicant is currently in Thailand (or a different country than home country). It is not clear to me how they get the application approved if they provide all the stamps as asked. If they lie in the application they could be banned for future entries.
  11. As far as I know the new visa are not finalised yet. The conditions will be clear once it is published in the Royal Gazette. I think it is expected end of July. Until then it would be just a speculation to talk about this visa.
