I don't think Americans have any constitutional right to lie to the FBI during an investigation.

I do think Americans who twice enter guilty pleas in court and then turn around and try to claim they're innocent face the prospect of perjury charges.

I don't think much of the right-wing ruckus over Flynn's prosecution has anything materially to do with what he's actually accused of doing, and what he twice pleaded guilty to doing.

Not to mention, getting dismissed for lying/misleading by the same corrupt White House that's now trying to resurrect this guy and falsely paint him as some kind of victim.

The quickest route to walk from any criminal prosecution (including the corrupt political ambush type against Flynn) is to eff with the accused, or anyone's constitutional rights. If not dismissed in Sullivans court, appellate would have trashed it.

Despite what happened or didn't happen with Flynns fibbing, his constitutional rights were not protected and now you know something more. Can you understand?

Just because you don't know something doesn't mean it isn't so.  As has already been discussed, there is a law requiring the President to give reason for firing an Inspector General.

Trump and company don't hesitate to press charges; if Yovanovitch had lied under oath she would have been prosecuted.  She wasn't.  However feel free to provide the evidence that this administration clearly is unaware of.

To my knowledge Trump has not lied under oath.  However, when he was testifying under oath he has admitted to lying about many things:

"Hammered by White and her deputies, Trump ultimately had to admit 30 times that he had lied over the years about all sorts of stuff: how much of a big Manhattan real estate project he owned; the price of one of his golf club memberships; the size of the Trump Organization; his wealth; his speaking fees; how many condos he had sold; his debts, and whether he borrowed money from his family to avoid going personally bankrupt. He also lied during the deposition about his business dealings with career criminals."   https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2018-01-25/i-ve-watched-trump-testify-under-oath-it-isn-t-pretty

Maybe this Linick was leaking to the news media like all the other low lives in the swamp in which case he should be fired.

    This is how it works:

Election cycle coming up and prime Dem candidate has literal dementia and one foot in the grave. pelosi and the Dems need to keep the heat on Trump, no matter how stupid, retarded, or downright vicious in their lies.

IG gets run off, Pelosi pounces and spins it like more 'illegality' and/or 'obstruction' and people like yourself and the other liberals believe pelosi (because tribalism/orange man bad) and become outraged.

And thats how a fake scandal is born. Rinse and repeat over and over again starting in 2016 to now, and expect it to ramp up even further in the coming months when their walking corpse candidate can't even form sentences without drooling.

Don't ever forget Rep Al Green's comment:

"‘We have to impeach him, otherwise he’s going to win the election".

"‘We can’t beat him, so lets impeach him!’ (said) Democrat Rep. Al Green,"

    https://tinyurl.com/big-al-impeach

Pelosi et al are always looking for fodder for their already revealed 2021-vs2 impeachment plan of Trump when he's re-elected.

    This is Day 1288.

If Trump fired the IG for incompetence, then all Trump has to do is explain how he was incompetent.  I don't expect that to happen.

However there is no point in reasoning with a deep state conspiracy theory believer who is so out of touch with reality he doesn't realize that Trump is the pathological liar.

Didn't know a POTUS needs a reason to fire non-elected staff, but if YOU need one, but if it makes you feel better then just read the termination letter, explained there for you to hopefully understand.

And, tse tse tse, Yovanovitch was lying to Congress while under oath. FYI, (please research this for your understanding) that is felonious under American law. Don't believe 45 has lied under oath. So there, hope you feel better now that I help you get smarter. Anything else you need me to assist with your rudimentary understanding, say so or forever stay silent.

Have a nice day, (the 1288th nice/angry day for you)

IGs generally last through Administrations, even when the Party in power changes. They are professionals and are tasked with rooting out malfeasance, corruption and violation of laws and norms. They tend to have a particular expertise and are not viewed as political, despite being an appointment.

Neither you nor any other commenter here can name a single rule violation any of the fired IGs committed, because none did. Similarly, you cannot refute the investigations that got each of them fired, because every single one of the investigations was legitimate and was being carried out by the book. This is similar to Russiagate. When the first indications came in that Russia was going to aid one candidate over another, President Obama warned every single person on the Bigot List (that identifies every single person who has knowledge of a particular issue) that all must be done 'by the book'. When additional intel began to come in that Russia was receiving cooperation from 45's campaign, all were again reminded both of the seriousness of the intelligence and the absolute need to perform the investigation 'by the book'. You will not hear this on Fox, either because they do not know or do not care.

You are blissfully unaware of your own lack of knowledge of both this IG firing and the Russia investigation. Perhaps reality does not matter to you, perhaps it does not matter to you that a hostile foreign govt interfered in the 2016 election with the cooperation of the candidate and his campaign, but for those of us who served and who understand that independence from foreign interference is something we cherish, it is important. Current AG Barr said recently, when asked by CBS about pure partisan politics in the so-called Dept of Justice, 'history is written by the winners'.  Perhaps that is true. November is coming, and after the Dems retake both the WH and the Senate, some history will be written. Those who actually broke the law, as opposed to those who merely criticized a person with thinner skin that a 13 year old schoolgirl, will face justice. Those of us who served owe that to everyone who has ever served to defend the ideals upon which the United States was founded.

If your post is allowed to stand, then my reply is equally relevant. Mine has the added benefit of being fact based. I know exactly how Russiagate began and how it progressed. You, I am willing to bet, do not, because you never had access.

Trump fired this dude because he was incompetent, no rules violation required to fire him another IG or ANYONE.

Everyone questioned Trump for firing the ultra standout ambassador Marie Yovanovitch who turns out to be pathological liar, lying under oath to congress and is nothing more than a deep state conspirator doing all she could to promote the russia hoax against 45.

Thats why he fires these obama waste of skin hold overs. Get rid of em all!

Many good suggestions here. The two I think should be on the list are Minix and the Formula boxes. Minix has a small edge to me as they have boxes with Win 10 Pro for less than 9,000 baht. I am not a fan in Android boxes. I have had at least 3 now and always go back to my boxes with Windows.  If cheap is what you are after there are many choices but beware!

Minix is just a PC, same as any computer, OP wants an Android streaming box How do you load apps like Netflix and stream with a Minix?

    I can confirm this.

It's also a problem about sending mail. Some mail receiving servers check the IP address of the sender (and not just the IP address of the SMTP). And mail is rejected because of blacklisted IPs.

    TiT

Maybe you need to deep 6 whatever email service you are using and upgrade to a more secure service.

I have never had a blacklisting or other issues preventing or rejecting emails from Thailand whether connected to 3BB, ToT, TRUE, 4G/LTE data etc.

The AIS provided router was the Hauwei HG8245H.....I think it was around 2016 when signing onto AIS Fibre and getting that router.  It can handle 1Gb plans ethernet wise/bridge wise, but it only had 2.4Ghz Wifi.    I use to use an ASUS AC86U but not with merlin installed...just used the standard Asus firmware which gets updates frequently.  Around Dec 2019 I retired my AC86 when upgrading to Wifi6....I now use an Asus AX88U as the main router and an Asus AX92U an access point.

    Ok, thanks.

When TRUE upgraded my PON recently, their new device DID NOT support bridge mode for whatever reasons so I told them to remove and keep the old device connected. Need to confirm from AIS if their setup supports and allows bridge mode.

  10. For iptv, the best android box hands down is the Formuler Z8. It is the only box with an iptv app called MOL2, the gold standard.

Cost approx USD140 in Thailand. Difficult to purchase in TH but they are available if you know where to look.

  11. All very odd behavior for a judge, who is a judge, NOT a prosecutor. Prosecutors file charges, not judges. Sullivan seems confused, similar to Joe Biden.

He has a right to control the proceedings in his court but not to file charges to a defendant for changing his plea, which occurs frequently in US courts, that's just ludicrous. This judge is stuck to the pan and obviously more concerned with politics than justice.

OK fair enough. For the record, I usually get ping times via my SG rack to the UK around 190 ms round trip, pretty close to the theoretical best case for that route. Pinging from Thailand I don't think I ever saw it go under 220 ms

round trip from Thailand to London (UK) always less than 200ms (197ms) on my connection. Don't need Sg.

Let’s see what Judge Sullivan has to say first.

Whatever Sullivan says or does with Flynn will most likely have little or no impact on what Washington and the general public's perception of Flynn is and it cannot negate the hack-job, sham/hoax illegal prosecution, rife with lies,  Brady/constitutional violations, corruption, etc is but it will certainly cast doubts on Sullivan's ability to administer justice without political bias.

Either way, Flynn wins, Trump wins as Flynn's case is either discharged in federal court today, tomorrow, sometime this week or he's rightfully awarded a full presidential pardon.

Wait and see, but my money is on Sullivan accepting prosecution/defense joint submission.

you chose NOT to investigate the truth of the matter, but continue to blindly parrot conspiracy site garbage or clickbait infotainment.

how 'bout you respond to the actual post next time, m'kay?

ok, why don't YOU explain "the truth of the matter", enlighten us wih your truth(s) and while you're at it read this cultural piece on chinese lying. (attached)

We all lie, me, you, germans, chinese, americans etc.

Get over it, not a big deal. The whole world knows and would agree we lie and china just takes it up a notch to different level that we in the west are accustomed to. I spent 10 years, flying to many locations in Cn, been clear across the country north, south, east, west....took me many years to get my head around the chinese and their CONSTANT LYING

most excellent fake news!  did you bother to follow the links that "prove" your claims?  i bet you did not.

they both link to spiegel artikel in german.  i can read the originals, but i'll give you a basic summary of the first one as that covers your allegations.  it's a short article that you can easily google translate yourself.

the title in english (bing translate):

"Federal government casts doubt on U.S. thesis on the formation of coronavirus"

    https://www.spiegel.de/politik/deutschland/corona-krise-bundesregierung-zweifelt-an-us-these-zur-entstehung-des-coronavirus-a-51add7cf-96b6-4d04-a2d0-71ce27cff69c

the article is in two parts.  the first part is about the federal government determining (according to spiegel sources) that pompeo's claims are meant to be a distraction.  NONE of the 5-eyes partners would confirm them, and consider it a possible targeted hoax.

the second part is indeed about a 4-6 week lost time period.  it does give essentially the story you provided.  but it fails to include the following (from bing translate):

"Addendum: The World Health Organization (WHO) has denied that there was a phone call between China's head of state and the WHO Secretary-General on January 21. A spokesman said the two had "never spoken by phone" about the Corona pandemic. "

the BND concluded a loss of 4-6 weeks, on the assumption that the telephone call actually occurred.  but if there were no phone call?  no 4-6 weeks.

classic propaganda.  get the claims of the "secret phone call" into the press where it will be repeated endlessly until taken as fact by those unwilling to question.

Well, not completely exactly sure what you are going on about here comrade, but let me assure that the PRC/CCP do lie, its in their blood to lie and the entire world knows this. They would rather lie when the truth would be better. That's my claim, not the other nonsense you in your rambling.

So, i would choose to follow exactly what the world knows about china's lack of candour (see attached links for a small sample) rather than listen to or believe what u think you know or don't know.
