Picture: Sanook Thai porn star and erstwhile fitness idol Ketsarin Chaichelermphol - better known to her legions of fans as "Nong Nat" - has hit back at critics of her rear end. Following a post about "hips" some people suggested that Nat's derriere was 'enhanced'. The former wife of wealthy US businessman Harold Jennings, hit back in an Intsagram post: "There is nothing unnatural in my butt of any kind. No fillers. Nothing. "What you see is called working out in the gym, looking after myself". As she thanked her personal trainer she asked her fans somewhat rhetorically if they thought she had a nice behind. Then posted a VIDEO that showcased that shapely part of her anatomy. Sanook pointed out that Nong Nat has many primarily male fans up and down the country. But more recently she has distance herself from direct involvement in porn in favor of promoting fitness and healthy lifestyle choices. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-26 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Sanook Thai Caption: "Gear R" took them up the chapel steps Thais manage to find lottery number everywhere but especially in animals born with two heads, bananas pointing upwards, sacred logs or other plant anomalies. The appearance of snakes or miracle survivals are also rich sources of numbers for the faithful. Now they can add another way to hopefully get rich. Bad driving. A Facebook post from the temple of Wat Sri Muang Phon, in Phon, Khon Kaen showed a car on the steps of the main chapel, reported Sanook. Apparently the driver had slammed on the accelerator in reverse in a panic while attending a kathin ceremony. Posters wanted to know the number of the car with many playing 1424 in the next draw of the state lottery, due November 1st. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-26 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. PICTURE: INN INN reported that animal lovers were paying attention to a story about a stray dog in Pathum Thani that was reported injured in Lat Lum Kaew. It was covered in blood. The about seven year old male animal was found by Poh Teck Tung rescue services with an eye injury under a pick-up in the soi leading to Klong Chao Muang school. After first aid at the scene rescue officials took the dog to a vet's in Sam Khok. Vet Katanya Sae-lim said that the dog had been given pain killers but there was no nerve damage so it is hoped the animal's sight will not be affected. He needs monitoring to prevent other diseases before he is allowed back on the mean streets of Pathum Thani. She thought that the dog had been hit with a blunt object due to the nature of his injuries. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-26 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Daily News Thai Caption: Stop the war All Thai media picked up on Eng Fah Waraha's speech to judges in the last ten at the Miss Grand International beauty pageant. Her anti-war message and direct attack on Vladimir Putin as a murderer is quite different to the Thai government's appeasement stance. Eng Fah is the reigning Miss Grand Thailand winner. Picture: Daily News Eng Fah took the microphone confidently and in English, reported Daily News. The one minute+ video can be viewed on YouTube. Beginning her address with "Dear President Putin" she was given cheers from the audience after saying "You DO kill innocent people" directed at the Russian leader. "Why (do) you think like that? Why (do) you do like that?' she pressed in English with a charming Thai lilt. Picture: Daily News She said that everyone in the world deserves peace before saying to more audience appreciation: "Please stop the war. Please stop the violence" before asking the whipped up audience if they agreed with her. It was clear they did. Her message ended with further pleas to make love not war. The beauty queen's statement can be seen in stark contrast to Thailand's ruling government who has sat on the fence over Ukraine amid criticism that angering Putin is not economically sensible. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-26 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Daily News Thai Caption: Sweep! Daily News reported on a press conference held by the chief of the Region 8 provincial police in Phuket. Lt-Gen Surapong Thanomjit proudly announced the results of a gun crackdown between October 10th and 24th. In 363 cases examined the police confiscated 260 regular guns and three war weapons and 1,702 rounds of ammunition. The massacre at a nursery in the north east of the country was the catalyst for crackdowns on drugs and guns in Thailand, notes ASEAN NOW. Picture: Daily News While each region tries to outdo the others in the zealousness of their respective crackdowns, critics will point to the fact that Thailand is awash with guns and such crackdowns are both temporary and window dressing when it comes to facing up to the real issues. Reports suggest that many weapons are in the hands of ex military and ex police who may have mental health issues. The crackdown in Region 8 continues until November 8th with a focus on stopping online sales and monitoring social media regarding weaponry. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-26 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Daily News Thai Caption: Two deputy RTP spokespeople The Royal Thai Police - battered by a terrible month of negative press - have turned to beauty and brains to repair their sagging image. Since Pol Gen Damrongsak Kittipraphat took over at the start of October it's been one disaster after another for the force. Now Damrongsak has ordered that acting Lt-Col (female) Napawan Panya will be a new deputy RTP spokeswoman. He's hoping that she and another appointment can revolutionize the PR office and give the Thai police a softer, more professional image. Better known as Look Khwan (a gift), Napawan once strutted her stuff on the Miss Thailand stage in 2010 in revealing outfits. There are many photoshoots to enjoy on the internet of her many talents. But it is not just beauty that Look Khwan is known for. She studied for a PhD in Environmental Management at NIDA and has many other qualifications including in urban environmental planning. Joinging her on the spokesman panel is Pol Lt-Col Thathep Chaicharnbutr who is the deputy superintendent of Administrative Region 8 of the Central Investigation Bureau, reported Daily News. He has a bald head and a nice smile but lacks some of the charms of his sidekick, notes ASEAN NOW. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-26 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Cabinet greenlights bill for foreign ownership of land not exceeding 1 rai by Namo Vananupong BANGKOK (NNT) - The Cabinet has greenlighted a draft ministerial regulation that will enable foreigners to buy a maximum of 1 rai of land in Thailand. One of the conditions includes an investment value of at least 40 million baht that must be retained for 3 years. The ministerial regulation opens the door for a greater range of investment options for foreigners and can be revised every 5 years. Prime Minister’s Office Spokesperson Anucha Burapachaisri elaborated on the Cabinet’s approval, in principle, of the drafting of a ministerial regulation on foreign ownership of residential land. The approval was made with regard to the measure calling for economic and investment stimulation by attracting high-potential foreigners to Thailand. The Cabinet approval opens the door for a greater range of investment options for foreigners. The ministerial regulation will be in effect for 5 years after its announcement in the Government Gazette. Mr. Anucha said the draft regulation will designate 4 types of high-potential aliens who will be able to acquire land in Thailand for residential purposes. The 4 categories include high-wealth persons, retirees, individuals who intend to work from Thailand, and specialists who possess certain skills. The amount of land that may be acquired shall be no more than 1 rai (1,600 square meters). The land must only be used for self-residency and must be located within Bangkok, Pattaya, municipalities, or other suitable areas as stipulated by the urban planning law. The alien acquiring land must invest no less than 40 million baht in a business or enterprise and retain the investment for at least 3 years. The spokesman said the prime minister has affirmed the ministerial regulation can be revised every 5 years to accommodate the circumstances at the time. The Ministry of Interior will now submit the draft regulation to the Office of the Council of State for consideration.
