  20. Op never bothered to fill in tax forms for 2 years 9 months. !!!!! what's has loosing his job in a foreign country got to do with that. why did he need to fill in a tax form for the uk ? Has he got undeclared income there. ? Rules are rules . But if you have a good reason for your non compliance. they will wave the fine or part of it. Good luck.

  23. That's a whole different case mate. Maybe you should have stated that in the first place. If its your own house, get someone in to sort it out If its a rental home, hard to get landlord to sort it. just go with the fix you have.
