  1. Curios to know what would happen if someone put a fake accommodation address on the TM6 card or digital and then will go to another place after arriving to Thailand lol
  2. I wouldn't think too much about on how to fill out an online tm6(tdac) it is very easy. Basically is the same as you have done before when you arrived to Thailand. It would only take a few minutes, just put your personal information, flights, accomodation address, etc. About ETA, it has to be done on the e-visa website I think, but it should be easy as well, just put some information, as if you have to apply for a tourist visa
  3. It's not stressful to show all these paperworks every time you need to extend a DTV? Does it really make sense if you already got a visa approved for 5 years?
  4. So a bank statement from wise is accepted. Good to know
  5. I just would like to know if onward tickets are accepted for METV application on the e-visa website, in case i might end up to come back to thailand with a visa. I am still thinking
  6. ok thanks. Is it fine to upload onward flights for visa application for the thai embassy in my country?
  7. Can you show the onward ticket on the phone or better to print it out?
  8. I am 30 years old I will be in chiang rai yes, DTV sounds good but for now i am ok to stay in thailand for 6 or maximum 9 months
  9. Ok thanks for the info. I saw that METV is a bit expensive and now you can still get 60 days for free so i am thinking to just come to thailand visa exempt 60 days, then i will extend for 30 days at my local immigration. I will do 2 border run that would give me the opportunity to stay 6 months more, so i could stay for a total of 9 months, without having to apply for a METV I've already purchased a ticket flight from my country to thailand. I still got much time to apply for a visa or not. am still thinking if apply for a METV or just fly without a visa, just buy an onward ticket that i can show to the airline prior the departure, in case they may ask
  10. Sorry once again. But if i may enter thailand visa exempt i don't risk being able to do only one border run and not 2 border run in a calendar year? So maybe it would have more sense to apply for a single tourist visa, so i can have the possibility to do 2 border run in a calendar year that would give me the opportunity to stay in thailand for at least 9 months. 60 days tourist visa plus 30 days extension, then 1 border run of 60 days and 30 days extension and repeat the process with a second and last border run of 60 days plus 30 days extension, total 9 months of stay. Without waste too much money for a METV
  11. I just saw your reply sorry to repeat the same question. Ok cool, thanks for all the info!
  12. Ok great. But if I might decide to apply for a METV let's say the last week of June, the embassy wouldn't mind when they'll see that I booked a flight to Thailand early on march?
  13. I've left Thailand last December and I am planning to come back on july
  14. It means, I am thinking to book a flight now but it is scheduled for july
  15. I would need some more info thanks I am thinking to buy a ticket flight to thailand very early as the price is very cheap! How many border run i can be able to do if i might come to thailand on free 60 days exemption entry? And if i might decide to come with a METV, how many days in advance i should apply for it on the e-visa website? 2 weeks in advance should be good enough or 3 weeks in advance would be safer? The embassy wouldn't mind if i have booked a ticket to thailand very early?
  16. Can someone tell me if this should works for the embassy? About METV request I would upload a pdf file ticket flight from my country to Thailand, then a ticket flight from Thailand to Cambodia within 60 days and a ticket from Cambodia to Thailand after one week. Do I also have to upload one last ticket flight outside of Thailand again? Or that tickets should be enough for the embassy?
  17. thanks for all the information. I will think better if come back without visa and buy an onward ticket or if come back with a METV (which it sounds interesting!)
  18. Do I have to show 10000 THB cash at the immigration arrival or I could show it on my Thai bank application on my phone? And I will also show an onward ticket on my phone, to the check in staff at the airport prior the departure and to the immigration when I will arrive in Thailand This in case I might come without visa obviously. But the metv sounds really interesting and I am considering it more than come without visa . I could stay up to one year with a metv
  19. I think an onward ticket of 48 hours validity should be fine
  20. Explain better please. Thanks
  21. It's fine to buy an onward ticket with 48 hours validity? Or better to extend the validity more than 48 hours? As I might show it to the thai immigration at the arrival and not only to the airline at the check in prior to the departure from my country
  22. great, thanks for the info. However, there is something not clear on how many ticket flights i should buy as i will have to upload it on the e-visa application, for the embassy. They want to see one ticket from my country to thailand, one ticket exit thailand within 60 days, one ticket to thailand again and another one out of thailand within 6 months. It should be like that?
  23. Only one more border run i could do after that?
  24. So, if i get 6 months METV i can apply for 30 days extension at my local immigration every 60 days i will do a border run? And then i could do more border run when the METV will finish?
