Just want to know if you should buy an onward flight out of thailand within 60 days or it should be fine within 90 days as there is the possibility to extend 60 days for another 30 days at the local immigration. This is regarding come to thailand with a tourist visa 60 days or free 60 days exemption I would also need to understand how many flights you should buy in case you want to apply for a METV. One ticket from your country or residence to thailand and then another flight from thailand to another asian country? What else?

I am in my country but i am planning to come back to thailand. I could apply for a METV e-visa but honestly i am not sure about paying tax if i might stay longer than 6 months, so maybe i could just apply for a single entry tourist e-visa and stay in thailand less than 6 months. I am just a bit confused about this tax story over there

If you come to Thailand without a visa, so you will get 60 days free stamp at the airport, how many border runs could you do after that? Maybe it would be better to come with a tourist e-visa and prior the expiration of the 30 days extension from the 60 days tourist visa you can start to do a few border runs. It makes more sense to be honest. Even if it is a bit pointless to come with a tourist visa as you can get 60 days for free but coming with a valid visa is always stronger than coming without a visa and you could do more border runs

it is unacceptable to be treated like Jews in extermination camps just for a couple of days of overstay. I don't like these things in thailand, it's exaggerated but the truth is that they are racist towards foreigners who come to live in their country. Honestly, I am ok to live there only for a few months and then I go back to my country. They are always right anyway but let'see if they will be right in my country! If they want to screw me up i do that first with thai womens! And then I leave haha. I like to be the winner!

you can come without a visa but it is recommended you get an onward ticket flight to show to the airline prior to boarding, so they can see that you will leave the country later. It's the airline that want like that, before you fly to thailand. You can buy a cheap onward ticket, from thailand to a nearby asian country, very easy You could also buy ticket from some thai or asian airlines but it will cost you more. It's up to you
