  1. I think immigration officer saw on your passport that you had a marriage visa, so he knows you're married to a Thai and he thinks you can get a proper visa. You're still married so this is the problem why coming too many times with a free visa exemption makes the issue with the immigration. But if for example you were already divorced I don't think you would have an issue to come back to Thailand without a visa or with a tourist visa for example. I mean, why they shouldn't let someone in if he is single or divorced?
  2. Nothing new. I always avoid female officer when i am entering thailand and i have never had a problem
  3. What do you mean? Explain better thanks You don't have to register a new tdac online if you are exit from Thailand
  4. Yes he is aware of this new rule. It's easy to fill the tdac anyway
  5. For proof of address in Thailand. Immigration officers use to ask when you are coming back from a border bounce
  6. he will enter with a SETV and yes, he will also need it for 30 days extensions, border bounce as well. Shouldn't be an issue if he will go on monday morning?
  7. he needs to get the tm30 receipt at the immigration. Because he will have to use it for the border bounce next time
  8. I am asking for a friend of mine. He is going to land to thailand next saturday but he can't go to his local immigration to make a tm30 as the office will be closed on weekend. Can he just go on monday morning or will he have to pay a fine for reporting late? I don't know if he is going to stay in a hotel, apartment, or to his friend's house
  9. And do you think departure information can also be skipped if it will still be optional in the tdac final version of 28th April? Even if you would come with a tourist visa?
  10. i don't really feel comfortable to register a departure flight on the online tdac, as it will be in the immigration system and what in case you might end up on extend your 60 days exemption at your local immigration? I don't know if it could be a problem, maybe they will check it or not at all
  11. I don't believe it would be necessary if you are coming with a tourist visa for example and you should buy an onward ticket to exit Thailand within 60 days if you are coming visa exempt, so you could show it in case they might ask
  12. And do you think it would be a problem if you fill out departure information within 60 days but then you decide to extend 30 days more at your local immigration and remain more time in the country?
  13. it's very easy by the way. Just fill out only red fields, all the rest isn't mandatory. Even a 5 years old kid could do it
  14. potential hurdles about what? What it means?
  15. If you cannot submit in advance Travellers who are unable to complete the TDAC before arrival and do not have internet access at the point of entry will be assisted at designated help points located at immigration checkpoints. This assistance is intended for exceptional circumstances only. All travellers are strongly encouraged to complete the TDAC online in advance to avoid delays and reduce congestion at entry points. I think it's a bit nonsense if you must do it online but there is also a possibility to do it when you'll arrive to thailand
  16. i think they only need the arrival details. There is no need to add also departure information
  17. Yea and they will make you pay the bill at the end. Typical Thai locals
  18. It's easy but a bit useless I think. And it looks like departure information aren't mandatory as the arrival information. I think departure information can be skipped
  19. if you make up flight out within 60 days but you will extend 30 days more at your local immigration so you will not exit Thailand within 60 days it will not be an issue? Even if you have already added departure information on the online tdac If you are coming to Thailand by flight or by land
  20. Ok clear but what about departure information? Especially if you need to do a border bounce
  21. However it looks like is not mandatory to fill out departure information. It can be skipped
